The location was terrific, close to the beach, and all the necessary beach toys. The pool and hot tub were great. We had a great time n Pompano Beach. Thanks Kelly for hosting us.

My family of 5 loved this home. Beautiful inside and lots to do out back. The beach is a very short walk. If you're looking for a spot in Pompano that is close to the beach, upscale and spacious, this is it. Thank you Kelly.

Initial impression: Bright, cheery, open, airy, spacious, well appointed, peaceful. Settling in: Everyone had their own space - One room for me and hubby and one room for each of the kids. Beautiful bathrooms by the way...Nice open living area with pool and ping pong for entertainment. Good sized kitchen. Awesome outdoor space with pool, hot tub and tiki hut! Plenty of seating and loungers for all. Out & About: Quickly found a Publix a few minutes away to stock up on supplies for the week. Also a nice convenience store at the end of the street. Lots of restaurants within a 5 minute drive, and even more if you want to go 10-12 minutes out (Amy's Bakery & DUNE for dinner). Exploring: We went down to Dania Pointe for shopping, bowling and dinner one day too. Fishing charters are a good idea. There are several to choose from. The beach: Just across A1A. We rented chairs for the week and the kids went jet-skiing. Overall, this was just the perfect set up. Kelly was an amazing host. There was everything we needed in the house from umbrellas to a clothes steamer!!! I would definitely stay here again... Wendy, Steve, Ben, Addie & Grayson

One block off the beach. Beautiful outside pool and Tiki Hut. Close to Restaurants. So beautifully decorated. A 5 star rental. Definitely will come back.

We had a great experience staying here for 7 nights. It was a mother/daughter trip of 3 moms and 4 teenagers. We loved how close it was to the beach and the pool/hot tub were so nice! The tiki hut was our favorite place to relax in the evening. It was perfect! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Pompano beach/Fort Lauderdale area.

Absolutely the perfect vacation home for our trip! We had four adults and four kids ranging in age from 4 to 10 and can not think of one thing that could have been improved upon. The backyard space with the heated pool, hot tub and tiki hut sitting area were perfect to hang for the day or after a long day at the beach. The house had everything you could want to make dinner there (even a rice cooker!) as well as super clean/soft linens and beach towels. You can tell Kelly truly cares about her guests experience. The beach is a quick block and a half walk to public access that includes a crosswalk (if you are concerned with kids). We also enjoyed fishing at the park a block away on the inter coastal. Lastly, she was very responsive when we asked for additional time to heat the hot tub on the days it was slightly chillier. Overall, it’s going to be tough to top how perfect her home and location were for our families!

The property is beautiful, clean and both the indoor and outdoor spaces are great. Easy walk to the beach. The home and pool area made us want to stay there instead of spending all of our time at the beach. Owner was very good at communicating and the home is exactly as described. Would definitely rent this property again.

This property was the perfect distance to the beach! Just what we were looking for. Plenty of sleep and live space for 6 adults. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Definitely recommend for proximity to beach! Short drive to Pompano pier and Lauderdale by the sea which is wonderful!

Kelley was so helpful, answering any questions within minutes and everything at the house was set up beautifully from dining table for 8, to Pool chairs and pillows to a shady tiki hut area, to a bunk bed room that was spacious and comfortable for many kids. She even had pull out beds if you needed (we didn’t). We would definitely stay there again! The backyard was beyond beautiful.

Property was clean. VERY close to beach. Very comfortable. Nice little touches like mini shampoos and conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. Kelly was responsive and communicative. Pool could use a deep basket or vacuum to better clean out leaves from the bottom.

This house was perfect for our group of four adults and four small kids. There was plenty of room and the layout of the house was very convenient. The location is unbeatable -- about 5 mins walking to the beach, and 10 - 15 mins walking (or a couple of minutes driving, parking was easy) to restaurants, shops, the pier. The kitchen had all we needed. The house was very clean and well organized. The best part was the pool! It was the perfect size for both kids and adults, the temperature was wonderful, and the spa was an amazing perk. The house was well stocked with beach towels and toys, which was highly appreciated. The host was responsive and very friendly. We highly recommend this property and would be back as soon as we can!

We got rerouted from Fort Meyers beach because of hurricane Ian, and we found this nice house that fit everyone’s needs and was not disappointed. Close to the beach, pool and hot tub. It was very clean and and beachy.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home. The place was equipped with all the necessary items, including beach supplies and kitchen equipment. It was a very short walk to the beach but we spent most of days at the pool and spa, as well as tiki bar. It had enough number of beds which are quite comfy.

We stayed here with our family and a friend's family. We had kids ranging from 10 months to 7 years old. This house was perfect for kids. They loved playing in the pool which had a shallow shelf for kids to stand and play. The tiki hut outside was perfect to sit and hang out without getting too hot. We loved our stay and would for sure rent again!

Great beach house for our family. It has everything imaginable and Kelly was so easy to communicate with. The tiki hut was our favorite hang out spot by the pool. Hope to be back in the future.

We had an amazing weekend getaway at Kelly’s property! The home was exactly as pictured and it was really easy to get in touch with Kelly the couple of times we had questions. She gave us great recommendations for things to do around the home- will absolutely be coming back again!

The house had everything, tons of beach towels, games for the kids inside, a booster and pack n play. Beach toys and Pool toys to keep the kids busy all day, you won’t need to pack an extra thing. Anytime we needed anything, the house manager responded within a few minutes, no issues with the home but I did request to move the pool heating up in time and this happened instantly! Couldn’t give a better review! We had a great stay and would consider it for next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We have two families, both 2 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of space for everyone in the house. We spent the day at the beach and the afternoon/evening in the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our coffee each morning by the pool under the tiki hut~ a great way to start the day. Plenty to do in the area for a short drive or walk. We enjoyed dinner at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea (a 5 min drive), or down near the pier. Kelly was super responsive to any questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Host was so attentive and the pictures did not do this house justice. Great stay!
