We’ve stayed in rental properties dozens of times, and this was one of our best experiences ever. The property owner (Mary) is exceptional!!! Several weather-related problems interfered with our travel plans, but Mary was very accommodating. The condo was remarkably clean and well-equipped. A perfect weekend for our anniversary celebration!!!

We recently spent a long weekend at this wonderful Golden Poles Chalet. It did not disappoint! Arriving during a snowstorm, we pulled into covered garage parking with luggage carts & an elevator at our disposal. I don't know if, you have ever needed to make multiple trips unloading your car outside in the snow & climb three flights of stairs but, we will never do it again after this experience. The condo had plenty of room for our family of ten to spread out in its beautifully decorated space. The view was lovely with snow covered trees & lights on SkiBowl runs at night. Everything we needed was conveniently located & all instructions for appliances etc. were on hand. We ate most of our meals in but, the condo is conveniently located close to all of Government Camps restaurants & entertainment. We were able to walk to everything! We topped off our trip with Cosmic Tubing on Saturday night. A family "must do" while in Govy! E. Harms

The property was easy to find, very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was fully stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms and even a large game and movie closet. So many thoughtful details that we very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here, thank you so much for sharing your home.

Beautiful property which was very clean and in excellent condition. The hosts/owners were fantastic to work with and excellent with communication.

I rented this property specifically for the alternative activity of the swimming pool for the teens since we didn’t have snow yet. I rented around Oct 10. Upon arrival I was informed due to unexpected circumstances the pool would be closed all weekend. The caretaker told me it was last open in July. This is dishonest advertising

Relaxing comfortable

This might just be the best vrbo place we have ever stayed! The condo is new and everything is very modern. Great space for 2 families, and more than enough space for all of us to sleep! The neighborhood is safe for our kids to walk to the downtown area (5mins walk). Perfect location in Govy Camp, only 12-15mins to Timberline lodge and the condo is right next to the Ski Bowl adventure, kids loved it! Mary is also awesome, she's super responsive! We stayed for a week and would love to come back here again next summer!!

The condo was super clean and very conveniently located for the bowl, timberline and the restaurants of government camp. We had a great time. Management was super responsive.

The property was well kept and decorated. Location to town and skiing was excellent. The check in process was not good. The email sent from VRBO with the check in directions listed the wrong address. We arrived late in the evening and spent an hour plus in the snow looking for an address that did not exist. We tried to contact someone at VRBO with no success. We finally found the property ourselves. Not a great start to the vacation.

Very clean, comfortable, and nicely stocked.

We had a group of three families for a ski weekend. The accommodations were amazing we made breakfast, packed lunches for the mountain and cooked dinners. All the kids had their own beds and the king rooms were perfect for the adults. Mary answered my call right away and was so helpful. We will most definitely be coming back to this condo.

Nice 4 bedroom condo with views, underground parking garage, plenty of household supplies. The location was perfect for driving or walking back and forth into town without having to get on the highway that sometimes gets backed up. The condo was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Owner was very prompt with responding to questions.

I have not stayed in a property with as much attention to detail as this one. Clean, new, and tastefully decorated. Convenient to Ski Bowl East. Our hostess was amazing. Beds were super comfortable. I could go on. Two Thumbs Up!

We enjoyed a quick trip to the Mountains for the Holidays! The condo was perfect for our group and centrally located to all the winter fun! Skiing, sledding and cosmic tubing and all the local restaurants! The underground parking was an added bonus!

This was the ideal Mt. Hood getaway. All previous reviews with impeccable feedback are accurate. The condo is very spacious, super clean, beautiful decor, plenty of seating, working fireplace... really a lovely place for family time. The beds are super comfortable, linens and towels plentiful and high quality. Kitchen is well equipped and roomy, the open floor plan is really nice cooking for a big group. View off the deck can't be seen in photos but it's spectacular. The unit is 3rd floor so scenery is all trees and mountain. The garage parking with elevator (no steps) was a lifesaver for my limited-mobility mom. There was tons of fresh snow during our visit, but the driveway was cleared and roads were passable. It's a very short distance (walkable) to store, ski rentals, restaurants and bars. Snowbowl East is adjacent to the property for skiing and tubing. We easily got up to Timberline and Meadows too. The pool was open, no jacuzzi, but they keep the pool very warm. The kids played in the snow beside the pool, under our deck, and had a great time with Rummikub (big closet is loaded with movies, games, puzzles.) Mary was very helpful and answered questions immediately. We really enjoyed our trip and would definitely come again!

Clean, spacious, lots of movies and games

The unit was beautiful and perfect for our two families (total of 9). Beautifully decorated, all new furnishings, tons of towels. Kids loved the bunk room and bed under the stairs. Great location. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed which was not noted in the listing.

If I could rate this property 10 stars, I would. It has my highest recommendation. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location right at the base of Ski Bowl East. Mary, the property owner, was exceptional to work with. On the final day of our stay, one of our group was involved in a car accident that was not our fault and our vehicle needed to be towed. She allowed us to stay extra time at the condo without charge (even though we offered to pay) to wait for the tow truck. All around a wonderful stay. Thank you Mary!!

Our family had the best time staying at this property over the first part of Spring Break! Immaculate, very well stocked with the best amenities, and the perfect location right at the base of Ski Bowl. Our kids are ages 6-15 and they all raved about the condo, were never bored, and cannot wait to go back! Mary was very quick to response to any questions and accessing the unit was simple especially with the provided carts to transport all of our luggage from the garage to the unit. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful property with a great layout, well stocked kitchen/baths and a great game/DVD closet. It also has beautiful view of Mt. Hood from upstairs front windows and tree lined privacy off the back deck.

This condo is managed by the owner and not a management company, therefore you will receive EXCELLENT service and top notch accommodations. This villa is even better than the pictures. Luxury accommodations in a prime location, close to the restaurants and walking distance to SkiBowl Ski area. The owner is very easy to get ahold of and quickly responsive. The owner has equipped this VRBO rental with upper end mattresses, linens, towels, appliances. We highly recommend to others and will be back. Thank you for a wonderful holiday weekend!

Great location, walking distance to town. Condo was beautiful and quiet. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked so well it was great! Will definitely be back. Perfect for a ski/relaxation weekend!! Everyone in our party (all aged) enjoyed themselves. Can’t wait to visit here again!

The place is absolutely stunning. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Very nice place in a great location to access the ski resort. Also great for larger groups as there is a full kitchen/ eat in area & dining room. Would definitely return back.
