We have always been curious about living in a tiny home and this cottage was anything but tiny. It was a perfect size for our family of 4. My wife and I got the 1 bedroom and each of my daughters got a separate loft all to themselves! It was a good home base for our Reno/Tahoe vacation and the neighborhood was super quiet. The check-in process was super easy and the property owners were very clear with their instructions and procedures. Because it's a regular turn key for the entrance, I would recommend putting it on your car keys so you don't lose them as there is a fee for lost keys, and you don't want to be locked out when it's 20 degrees outside. It was a great experience that we loved and would definitely come back again and recommend our friends and family to stay in these cottages as well. It has also convinced us to look into tiny house living in the future.

Perfect place to stay

Very nice unit. Inside is so new and clean and the outside is comfortable for relaxing around the fire. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. I would most definitely stay here again.

We've always stayed at hotels or condos when visiting Reno. This was our first time back for Hot August Nights in years and our first experience staying in a tiny home. I must say we thoroughly enjoyed it!! Accommodations were wonderful and not far the main strip of Virginia St. They even had their own car show and Food Truck gathering at the Estate grounds of the resort. It was a nice surprise not to have to go so far our first day to just walk over and enjoy the festivities. We would definitely be back to stay. The staff at River West Resort were super friendly and nice! Thank you for making our stay there comfortable and enjoyable. Absolutely loved it!

This tiny house was perfect for our stopover in Reno. The house is clean and well-maintained and the outdoor area is beautiful. The location is near enough to downtown and the casinos, but the setting is green, quiet and lovely.

This was the perfect place for our visit to Reno. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go, there is a lot of food places nearby, and the atmosphere both indoors and out were inviting. The hosts leave you with all you need for your stay. It was great!

This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay - each kid got their own loft which they loved too! The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus and the location was perfect and quiet! We can’t wait to stay at other tiny homes on the property.

What a charming cottage by the river! This was the perfect spot for a little ladies getaway. While the space is small it is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The full size fridge, double sinks and breakfast items/snacks were much appreciated.

This rental is an oasis in the city! Close to all of Reno’s attractions but tucked away in a calm and beautiful setting among tress and beautiful landscaping. The home is the perfect size for a family with a large kitchen for cooking you own meals or stocking food and drinks in the fridge. The large shower is wonderful and the beds and linens are extremely comfortable! The loft rooms were fun for the kids too. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and even caught a band rehearsal at the main house which was lovely to hear. We met the owner and she was incredibly nice and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this cute cottage on the beautiful Elm estate grounds. My grandkids enjoyed playing in the river too!

Nice and quiet, slept well. Just a few minutes from casino. 10-12 from event center.

My daughter and I were delighted with this tiny house and hope to stay again in the future. The house is so cute, well laid out, has great little details and the hosts included welcome treats like sparkling cider and mandarin oranges. Love the loft area. Communication was great, had no problems at all. Highly recommend!

We loved,loved our stay at your property. It was very clean and pretty inside. The grounds were very pretty. Our 11yr old loved following the trails and doing cartwheels in the grass. We enjoyed the fire pit area. Especially after you quickly helped us figure out the on button. Only one thing. We noticed the bottom of our socks getting dirty really fast from the floors.??

Really nice stay. Interior like brand new. Many nice touches...wish were able to stay longer but we had to be on our way. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful new cluster of tiny homes on stunning grounds. Amazing breakfast, juices, fruit and snacks my teen and tween devoured. Beautiful linens and towels. My only wish to make this my normal spot to stay when I travel would be a simple memory foam mattress in the main bedroom. The one there is hard and very springy so that when my husband flops on his side I’m near bounced out. Other than that we brought an air mattress for one loft and my teen was in love with her queen bed in the other loft.

Just like pictured. Beautiful and clean. Only issue I had was I’m tall and the loft I stood up and hit my head but I knew it wasn’t meant to be standing up in just for sleeping. But I wouldn’t knock the place down just for that because we really enjoyed our stay and how cute the place was. Wish we stayed longer!

We had such an amazing stay! The house is exactly as pictured, with all the cute touches. Pre- packaged breakfast, contactless checkin, and they even brought us over a propane fireplace and dry deck furniture. We had a fantastic stay, close Uber to the strip, but not in the thick of the casinos. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Very modern and clean.

Perfect short getaway! Stayed for one night, location is close to grocery stores. We picked up food to cook and just enjoyed a simple night in. The property is very nice and quiet.
