The house and the host were excellent. The fire pit and the outdoor hangout was our favorite part. So much room for a big group and the beds were very comfy. Will stay here again for sure.

Great house, both of them! Beverly was there to meet us and give us the rundown. She set the unlock code to our choice which was nice. Great setup if you rent both houses with the fire pit between the two.

Run, don’t walk to this listing. This is a super cute property in a great location. Plenty of space, super clean and very safe! We loved our stay here and will definitely be back! Thanks to Beverly for such a great weekend getaway in Lubbock!

Great stay for our large group. The court yard was perfect for all of us to come together and fellowship. The host had thought of everything. We were in town for a not for an awful reason and the ease of having this spot made it a little easier. Wonderful!

This was such a great experience - I'll definitely be back. The owner met us there on arrival to show us around, which was really nice. There was plenty of space for everyone, my sister and her family went in on it together. Location was fantastic, so close to Tech. The couches were so comfy and the kids loved all of the streaming service available. We had so a good time and I can hardly wait to return. My teenaged son left his wallet accidentally and the owner went to a lot of trouble to get it back to us.

Property over all is visually pleasing to the eye. We enjoyed our stay. However, the host could have pointed out some hazardous areas in the back of the main house. Starting with the stairs - would be nice to add some safety tape for better viewing of the stairs since the hall light did not work. We did have a person miss a step and fall. The restroom and bedroom to follow were not level. The restroom door did not close properly and one of the drawers in the back bedroom continued to open on its own due to the slanted floor. Both occupants in that room tripped over the open drawer. The outside patio was nice but had not been wiped down at all. We changed our outdoor plans to grill. Overall the stay was enjoyed by all and we will consider staying at this location again in the future.

The house is really cute and has plenty of space. The back courtyard is fantastic. Beverly is a great host.

This property was just awesome. It was very clean and the outside was so nice. Loved the firepit, outside patio covered area, etc.. And the owner was great. Was able to walk to and from the football stadium. Recommend this property.

We were in town for business and stayed here instead of a hotel! It was amazing!! We had so much fun living on Island Time!!! This place was so cute and very clean! The host was very thoughtful and accommodating!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

This was an amazing property for our large group. Two separate houses connected by a fun yard with a fire pit and plenty of chairs and hang out spots. Our host was so wonderful and even returned a rented tux jacket that we forgot at the house while we were already at the airport! We appreciated this so much. We highly recommend this property and hope to return sometime.

The house was amazing! Had everything we needed and so much space! A perfect place for family and we didn't feel like we even had to leave to go do anything, just stay there and enjoy all the accomodations! So clean and the owner was so helpful and sweet! Would 100% rent this house again!

We stayed at the island while our son played in a baseball tournament at Texas Tech. We shared the property with another family and our parents stayed in the Bung. The property was everything we needed and more. All the amenities you can imagine and clean as can be. We appreciated all the outdoor activities for the boys to play cornhole, darts, Ring and Hook, etc. We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Lubbock.

We rented this property during my daughters wedding. We had several family members stay with us & the backyard was perfect for social gatherings after rehearsal & the wedding. We had everything we needed & loved that we could have a large group of people hang out & celebrate the weekend. Beverly was wonderful! She met us at the house for check in & showed us everything. The house was very clean & had many personal touches. I highly recommend this property & would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time connecting with family here. It has all the comforts of home plus more! Beverly is a wonderful host! She made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely rent again the next time we come to Lubbock.

We held my Dad's 90th Birthday Party at "The Island". What a wonderful venue for us! My family came into town and stayed in the houses and we used the backyard for the birthday/family reunion. We couldn't have been happier and Beverly couldn't have been better. She was always responsive and made our stay exceptional! ~ David

Outdoor areas and beds were excellent.

This is the one of cutest VRBOs we have stayed in. We love the beach, but our travels took us to Lubbock. So this house was the best of both. We just needed an ocean sound machine and a little humidity and we would have truly felt like we were at the beach. So many extra details that made us feel like we were at the beach. Every room beautifully decorated with a different beach/tropical theme. And the outside courtyard is AMAZING!! Such a fun place for our family to gather and relax. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back, if our travels bring us back to Lubbock.

This property was great! One of the best VRBO experiences yet. Beverly was on top of everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book this one again.

Renting and payment process very easy. Owner was overly accommodating and made the experience memorable
