renovated rooms were nice, comfortable bed

too many to name; I paid for two rooms, got to the hotel and got my room and wanted to get the room key for the other room and was told since it was under another name I couldn’t get them; get up to the room and get a phone call from the front desk asking to verify that I paid for that room for the other person. Next the keys wouldn’t work in the door so I went back to the front desk and asked and he checked on their little key check machine and said it was good so he went up to the room and checked the lock; he jiggles it around a few times finally opened and said he would get maintenance on it. Come back later to our room and there are black hairs and a big black unknown substance on our sheets. Disgusting. Went down to the front office again to complain, manager took a picture of my picture and would let the general manager know. We moved rooms, almost left the hotel completely after that disgusting sheet. Front office lady was very nice and did her job correctly. Housekeeping was pretty lousy.

Cleanliness, it was clean.

The air conditioner was loud, n didn't really cool. I was also charged a deposit which the ladies who were too busy chatting didn't release when i checked out until I called 5 days later asking abt it and the lady who took my call was pleasant and very apologetic. Breakfast was not what expected also, not much of a choice on items. For the cost n deposit required it could've been a whole lot better. Not what I remembered when we stayed there before.

Nice firm bed and the breakfast was warm and good. It was quiet and the staff was nice.

The room could have offered travel toothpaste to go with the shampoo, conditioner and bar soap.

Was so easy to find

It is currently under renovation, so it had an awful smell too it as soon as you walked thru front doors

The lady at the front desk the evening I checked in was above and beyond helpful. She made a special effort to come to my room to adjust the TV. Very pleasant and an exceptional employee.

No swimming pool.
