The house was very close to town. It was spacious & clean. The beds were comfortable. The house had everything you needed.

This was a great place for our group of 6 adults to stay. House was clean, well kept and had plenty of room. Great location for hikes, trails and close to town. The water wasn't on when we arrived with no instructions but we easily figured out how to get it going. Would highly recommend and we would go back.

Good parking, quiet area

The house is right down the road from Cranmore and downtown North Conway. Plenty of driveway space for 3 cars and big space to accommodate 8 of us.

8 of us stayed here, it was comfortable and room enough for our first family vacation in over 20 years!! It was close to lots of fun things and a great gathering place for all of us to spend time together.

Our group of friends had a wonderful time at this house. Well stocked kitchen and grill made for a nice evening. And it's super close to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown North Conway. Also close to hikes and Gorham where we rented off road vehicles. Would recommend this house to groups!

Great location, spacious and clean

This home was very clean and the towels and linens provided were great. The setting was beautiful as fresh snow had just fallen, The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was awesome. The kitchen had most things needed. Some needed suggestions for improvements would be end and coffee tables as there is no place to put drinks down while watching TV or looking at the fireplace. There were no wine glasses! Also the kitchen lacked pot holders so we ended up using towels, Overall we will come back!

Quiet home in sweet neighborhood located just between Canmore and North Conway. Clearly well cared for property..well stocked as well as pristinely cleaned. Plenty of lavish towels, bath amenities as well as bedrooms with crisp clean linens and pkenty of pillows. Easy directions for use of property amenities... ..a true gem !

Very functional property with easy access to northern NH sites. It was clean and comfortable. It could use a simple manual to explain things like how to use the tv/cable setup, how to vent the fireplace so that the house doesn’t fill with smoke (hint: turn the knob about 20 turns clockwise). Also, the mechanism to divert water in the bsmt tub is broken. These are minor things that the managing company should consider addressing.

Great Location house was clean and vacasa was responsive with clear check in/check out info.

Great location walking distance to Cranmore and downtown. Good space for 6. When I arrived I received a text asking if everything was ok. I responded that the house (floors) could have been cleaner and there was a pungent odor of smoke from the fireplace through-out the house. (The bedroom bedding and bath towels were clean and fresh.) A representative called back within a couple of minutes and offered to send a cleaning crew out. I told them I would air the house out and call in the morning if needed. We opened the windows spayed some air freshener and left for a dinner reservation. The next morning everything was fine, but it was comforting to know that a cleaning crew was only a phone away if needed. The rest of our family arrived and we enjoyed our stay.

Such a great house for a family or friends without kids. Extremely clean, has everything you could need and is extremely convenient. Minutes from Canmore mountain and downtown. The house has two separate living spaces which makes it comfortable for everyone. We have visited this house many times and each time is better and better!

The location of this was AMAZING. And it was as described in the listing There are a lot of sharp concrete edges and the knives in the kitchen were low at toddler height. So not exactly what I would call child friendly. But everyone had plenty of room. The oven did not appear to be properly cleaned and when we put taco shells in to warm it caused a serious smoke issue. Overall a good stay for the price and we would stay again.

Good rental experience, very close to Cranmore!

This property was perfect for our group. To have two floor living / sleeping was perfect for two couples. Plenty of privacy and the house was very clean. Just minutes to downtown and Cranmore Mountain. Only complaint, NO ICE in the freezer. No ice maker that we could figure out, so we had to buy bags of ice. Another slight down fall was no wood for the awesome fireplace. We came prepared though and brought our own. Overall, excellent property. We will be back!

Property was great Managment company great Called to inquire about xtra trash wasn't an emergency at all and within a few hours they picked it up. I was expecting instructions on where to take it. Vaccasa excellent

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful, perfectly laid out with lots of space for everyone. It was updated and lovely, well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of windows -it is so bright and airy. The location is fantastic, it’s so close to town but yet incredibly peaceful and quiet.The hosts are wonderful and welcoming and made everything very easy!

Terrific location for walking to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. Snow shoeing trails also a short walk away. Quiet neighborhood. Not luxury accommodations but perfectly adequate and acceptable for the attractive price point. Highly recommend .

This home was very clean:however the furniture and the tv made it hard to be comfortable. The oversized couch was comfortable and the tv was fine but where they were placed was hard to watch with more than two people. The heater was extremely noisy all night long. Construction that started early in the morning (not the owners fault by any means) just another thing that added to the annoyance

Love this spot and space house provides. Some aggravating issues were lights not working. We would have fixed if bulbs were there. Very disappointed that streaming TV service does not allow us to watch local news. Guess we are old school but like to see weather and local stories. From: the Boomers

This house was in the PERFECT location! Beautiful, clean and has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again. Had an issue with the AC unit and VACASA had someone come to the house in less than 30 minutes to take care of issue.
