The location is so close to many restaurants and shopping malls like Westgate and Sarit Center. The wifi was not that much reachable to my room but the staff members offered to change the room and a place where to set and connect with good internet. Overall it was really nice and I would recommend this place for another visit and for others.

It was a little bit noisy from the nearby bar/restaurants during the weekend and the wifi was not that reachable/fast.

The location in Westland is very quiet and safe, the hotel personal were hery kind and helpful we felt home among them. Every thing was amazing.

The hotel is in a good location in the Westlands area, you can easily get to Sarit Center. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any requests. If you needs documents scanned, clothes ironed or an extension cord in your room, just ask! They'll assist. The wi-fi was really fast & was able to watch 4K content on Netflix (from my particular room, though experiences my vary on where you're located).

Breakfast takes too long to get ready. If you're on a schedule you might get delayed with your morning plans due to this. There were times I went to the dining room and doors to the dining room were locked. Another time the staff were not available to take orders, or start preparing the meals right away.

The central location saved us time and money getting to all the sites we wanted to see.

I booked for five people but we were only given towels for two and water for four people. I had to ask twice for towels. I understand that they had troubles with their linen supplier but that should have been communicated when we arrived and fixed as soon as possible. I should not have to find out the hard way. The staff was not helpful about breakfast information. I understand that the cost was cheap with accommodations to match but the staff could have been much more helpful.

I loved the location very much, i had a lot of activities around Westlands that I could just walk to, and this served me perfectly!

No mosquito net, very loud music all night. Even though they said breakfast would be served from 7AM, on Sunday it is apparently 8AM, due to which I had to prolong the game drive in the National Park. But at the end good service as a breakfast package to-go was provided.
