Warm comfy room. Excellent bed. Superb location for buses. Good entry arrangement. Nice kitchen facilities and nice bathroom.

It's a very serene place.On the first night I had the place to myself( atleast was made to know there were no other guests on that day). It's clean and neat but best of all it's very quiet.Its right next to a bus stop and you can find your way to the city centre.Its also about 15 minutes away when one is walking which is great. Walking distance to Tesco, KFC etc. The bed is comfortable too,which it was alittle thicker mattress but slept very well all the same. Was great overall.

On one day, there were works going on before 10 am in the bathroom...it didn't look very neat having spanners in the bathroom sink...guess was being done to ensure all was to run ok.

Host was accommodating, nice interior, tv and internet works. lovely house

It was a good value for a stay in Belfast.

It’s in a residential area, not many restaurants nearby. It’s a ways away from city center. You can get a bus.

As breakfast isn't included, there is a cafe on the main road which serves a decent ulster fry, this is about a 5 minute walk from the house. There is a kitchen in the house which you can use, it is clean and has all the mod cons.

As i was out during the days for most of the 3 nights i was there, i cant really say anything bad.

My package was without breakfast

The no guest/visitor policy. This should be included in the policies for lodgers from outside the UK

Needed a good clean and tiles falling off the wall dirty sanitary products lying in bins

The room was well equipped with furniture. Very spacious. Located near bus stops to town.

No outlet for electricity near bed. Cold room as the fireplace was not well covered. Lack of soap in the toilet.
