the staff is very friendly, also liked the location it is very close to the bus terminal

We arrived at night , they informed us that its too late .we had to inform them before we came.There isnt a lift.We had to carry our luggages to fourth floor.Also you need to inform them for parking they said.

It was too noisy - outside and inside. No elevator. A repairment and refreshment is needed.

It has been pleased immediately that the hotel was located away from the main roadway. Nearby is an excellent local famous shopping and entertainment center. There is a small supermarket just in a few steps from a hotel. The hotel staff is very responsive and extremely attentive to their customers. I liked my weekly stay there. The hotel is very recommend for coming to Varna by business or leisure purpose.

- It woud be desirable to have an electric kettle in the room.

My boyfriend was staying there too i liked the balcony so i could smoke and i loved the big bath n comfy bed

We arrived later in the night, but reception was still there and check in wend fast and smooth The room was great, large with a nice seating area and balcony. The bathroom was big, unfortunately the water takes a long time to go in the drain. The breakfast was nice and served late (after 10:00)

The wi-fi doesn't work in the room. The bed is strange, there's a gap between the end of the matrass and the end of the frame, causing the pillow to fall all the time.
