The view and quietness

It was ok, enough rooms. Didn't have enough towels or spares sheets but we managed

should have more toiletries etc!! 1roll don’t last for 3days idiots

the accommodation was very spacious easily accommodating 4 adults and three children. Being right on Cavill Ave it was central to shops, restaurants etc. weather was pretty cold so the kids were happy to have a Great heated pool

school holiday rental was not cheap. I was disappointed with the internet service which was quite intermittent and slow. also disappointed with the quality of cutlery, crockery and utensils. somebody must of taken a long time to find such cheap items. For the amount of money paid this should be a better standard - also would expect a coffee maker would be standard these days.

The view.

The apartment wasn't clean. The fridge was missing the door trays so when we opened anything that was meant to stand in the door, we couldn't so had to lay everything down. Hard for an opened bottle of sparkling. There were marks all over the tiles, the windows and the balcony glass hadn't been cleaned in like forever so spoiled the view. Unit 1453 is very basic. Nothing like the photos and looks like it's seen too many schoolies holidays. Dents all over the fridge door, holes in the plasterboard in the walls that have been poorly patched up. Walls are dirty (needs a good paint). Nothing too important, but if you are looking for the wow factor when you walk in the door, you won't get that here.

The location of the property was very central and perfect for our activities

Arriving and finding damage that we had to report including a broken bed. There was not enough utensils and plates for the number of people that unit houses. we had no dishwashing liquid so had to purchase and no dishwasher powder or tablets and again had to purchase. No plug for the kitchen sink no rubbish bin the kitchen. it’s the small things that people notice that where not available or missing.

We have stayed at circle on Cavill several times as the location is great and parking is included. The apartments are quite modern but are starting to need some TLC. Can’t fault the wonderful dining venues everywhere and having a supermarket underneath is fantastic.

No internet on arrival so we where told to ring the internet company ourselves to fix the issue and after 30 mins waiting to get through to a technician they solved the problem. As we where expecting a luxury penthouse for our 12 day stay it was disappointing to see that it was in need of some TLC as a result of many big groups staying there. The biggest issue was the very flat, hard cheap single beds everywhere. Even the main bedroom had 2 singles pushed together and another on the side of that. Felt like a party dorm room. We had to sleep in separate rooms just to try and get a single bed that was not so hard. After 12 nights and having to take painkillers in the morning I felt compelled to let someone know about this issue.

Great location. Views are amazing. Big apartment with plenty of room for everyone. Spa bath was lovely with a great view. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook while there.

For so high up it was surprising how much road noise we could hear. We also didn’t have very quiet neighbours above us during our stay.

There was quite a lot of damage in the penthouse including: Holes and stains in carpet, Broken blind, Broken door locks, Broken chair, Damaged ceiling around fan, Cracked tiles in the kitchen in multiple places, Loose toilet seat in main bathroom. The mattress were comfortable but in need of replacing for a Penthouse facility. Left a message on the answerphone to report some of the damage we noted on arrival but every day we noted more. Despite this however, it did not impact on the enjoyment of our holiday - it simply concerned us and not expected at a 'penthouse' accommodation.
