We had a wonderful time. The owners left us a welcome basket with the sweetest note, and put a Happy Birthday banner up for my mom. We had so much room and enjoyed the house and the beach. Thank you for making our stay so special. I highly recommend staying here!

When there was a small hiccup upon arrival with accessing the house, Jason was extreme responsive and rectified the issue within minutes. The house was wonderful for our family gathering as it provided ample space to gather and spend time as a whole group. The beach is a mere 200-300 yard walk. My family had a fantastic time!

This house has everything you need and more. Hosts were super communicative, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This place is amazing. There were 8 adults and 3 little ones. It was easier for us to stay in and cook with the little ones and everything you need was available for use in this home - fully equipped kitchen, including cookware, cup towels, measuring cups, plenty of flatware and dishes. It was so comfortable. Plenty of trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. Toys, books, games. They have thought of everything. It's a nice short walk to the beach - yes there are stairs on the boardwalk but still an easy walk. They have beach umbrellas, sand buckets, shovels, wagon, some beach chairs - lots of goodies. The pool is close and it was lovely. Beautiful view of the ocean. We so appreciated it all. We highly recommend this beautiful beach home and plan to return.

Wife and I wanted a place capable of accommodating our two adult children, along with their families. This place fit 6 adults and 8 children comfortably! Along with the great location, the house and furnishings were current and well-maintained! No complaints!

This was the perfect house and location for our friends and family. Plenty of seating inside and outside. We’re able to park four trucks and a golf cart. Had fun playing ping pong in garage. Kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms. Close to boardwalk. Had a great time!

Our family enjoyed this house, it was perfect! The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach or a 3 minute drive via car or golf cart. The house was well-stocked, clean, and in a perfect location. The owners were very responsive to questions. I highly recommend this house!

The house was so wonderful. Everyone's impression when they first walked through the house was, "Wow, this is great!" When we were not at the beach, we spent all our time on the top floor. There were 16 of us, and we were so impressed that we could all sit down at the same time to enjoy our meals. Loved the convenient access to the beach.

This home was ideal for our large group! With an abundance of pullout sofas and king size beds sleeping was comfortable and easy for everyone to find a spot. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the community pool. The only thing we would change is that the boardwalk has stairs and it makes it tricky when pulling a wagon to the beach. We beat this by renting a golf cart to help out. The house itself though was well furnished and went above and beyond even with the little things you don’t know you need like shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers in the shower and free laundry detergent!

We had a wonderful stay. This house was VERY well stocked, probably the best we’ve ever experienced, and the owners were very responsive. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. We would definitely recommend this and are highly likely to return in the future!

We loved the 3rd floor - a nice large kitchen so several of us could be working at the same time, a very large dining table that everyone could sit at, a large living room where we could hang out together, and a nice large deck.
There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, dishes, trash bags etc. Loved the shampoo and conditioner dispensers! And of course the closeness to the beach! Primo! We had a fantastic time. Our host was very helpful and only a text away.

The property was perfect for our 10 family members and our vist total Port A for a week at the beach! The layout of the house was ideal, giving all of us the privacy we needed, but also places to gather. The host was quick to answer our questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Nice house. Many, many little extra items provided. Only negative things were the metal legs on the beds that everyone kept hitting their feet on, no local cable TV
(Strange streaming service) and the top 3rd floor was burning up during the day. A/C could not keep up and keep the temp below 75. Otherwise, great house.

This house is perfectly setup for family and friends! Great location within walking distance to the beach. Also super close to all restaurants and activities in Port A. We will definitely be back! The home provided baby gates, pack n plays, games, toys, spices, laundry pods, dish pods, beach toys and chairs, and more! So many items provided that I have not experienced at other rentals is in Port A! Only suggestion would be curtains on the all the windows in the bedrooms. At night even with the blinds closed the street lights were pretty bright. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

We had such a magnificent stay at this home. The kitchen was amazing and very well stocked. The location was perfect for all we wanted to do and see. We loved the proximity to the boardwalk. The owners were extremely responsive. Overall excellence.

This house was perfect for all of us. Ages 14-83. The stairs were a little much for my mother-in-law (83yo), and myself as I had just had a knee replacement, but we were aware of this going in to it. Internet went out a few times, due to the service provider, and Jason was great about keeping us informed. I highly recommend this house! Easy access to beach, view of beach, great location!

The owners were VERY prompt on texting me right back on any questions that I had. The house was beautiful and clean!!. Exactly like the pictures and it had everything that you needed for a perfect stay. I was very impressed on everything, they even had baby gates for each set of stairs! The beach was right there within a minute walk. We had an amazing trip and can't say enough nice things about our stay in this beautiful house!!!

My husband and kids and I stayed for a full week and our extended families split the week with us. We had a great time - the boardwalk to the beach made for simple access without having to pack a car up (or cart) and park. If you take a wagon with your items be prepared there are a few steps on the boardwalk so you’ll need folks to help lift and guide the wagon. Also as the kitchen and great room are on the 3rd floor be prepared to haul your ice chest and food items all the way to the top. Plenty of rooms with matching linens and decor which was nice. Great washer and dryer (new!) and plenty of beach gear furnished in the garage. Fun trip!

Relaxing week on the Island
We had a wonderful and relaxing week on the island. The house was fantastic. We were impressed with the amount of cooking equipment in the kitchen. We were able to make multiple meals at the house which is a bonus since the restaurant waits are very long. Easy walk to the beach, just down the road from the golf cart rentals. You had plenty of towels, restrooms and showers. We truly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful family centered beach house.

Family Vacation 2022
Extremely please with this home! Excellent communication with Jason. House is exactly as described. Jason went above and beyond when my daughter left her wedding rings in the bathroom. He sent them to her and would not let her pay the shipping. You will not be disappointed in this home!! Plenty of things to do at the house for the kids.

Annual beach trip with our close friends
We loved the location and that you could easily walk to the beach! The multiple patios and lots of bedrooms and sleeping areas were great for our three families. We had a total of 11 kids and teens and had all the space we needed. It was clean and well decorated. We will definitely be back!

Great location and house in Port A!
This house was perfect for our group of family and friends celebrating a graduation! The house is exactly as it is described (if not better)! Literally anything we needed in the kitchen was there! Furniture and beds were comfortable. Plenty of space and seating inside and outside. We will definitely return to this house again!

Great house!
Clean, spacious three story house that accommodated eight adults and a 2 year old with space left over. Great ocean view from the third story balcony. Will definitely rent again!

No detail overlooked
This was our best Port A rental experience in the 12 years we have been coming. The house was able to accommodate our kids, grandkids, and us without feeling cramped at all. We maxed out the sleeping arrangements and everyone was happy.
No detail was overlooked! There were toys for the kids, a stroller to use, ping pong for the young adults and wine for mom and dad. We will absolutely come stay here again. The owners were gracious attentive when we messaged.

Nice house with great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this house and especially liked how the top floor was designed. The kitchen and living area were very open, with a lot of big windows, and there is a nice balcony outside with a good view. Overall we were very happy with the house.

Vacation week
The house is just as advertised. Our family and friends enjoyed our stay. Close to everything. The beach and the pool are close. The restaurants are a short drive away. Great week and the house worked out great.

Location!
Great location! Easy to get into town and steps from the beach! The house was the perfect size for our large family gathering. The hosts were responsive and very friendly. The house is well stocked with amenities, especially the pantry! Beds were super comfortable. We also loved the community pool! Overall a wonderful stay and we would stay there again!
