Very comfortable. Having a big Master suite upstairs worked great for my daughter and her family of 2 small children. The downstairs was great for my daughter and her family of four, and we had to master suite on the living room floor. The family enjoyed the hot tub and the grill.

The pictures and description were spot on. Not only was the unit clean and well appointed, the location in proximity to downtown Steamboat was perfect. The pool area was great for relaxing after a long day, and the lack of traffic made the area a great place to play foe the kids.

The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for a crowd. The neighborhood pool was pleasant and the hot tub was great. The A/C worked well. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The week was unusually hot. Mayo and Old O’Neils Tavern we’re good restaurants.

This is a great house and fantastic little neighborhood for a family trip. We totally enjoyed our time this summer.

This was an awesome property! Our kids LOVED the heated pool! The kitchen is super-well appointed, plenty of towels and all the other things that we needed for the week. The location can't be beat--5 min walk to Gondola Square and a shuttle to boot. One of the best rental properties we've rented as a family!

This is an ideal location and rental if visiting Steamboat - will definitely return.

Rented for a group of eight. Family with adult children and a few significant others. Plenty of space for all. Fireplace and hot tub were highlights. Lots of snow during our stay! Would stay again!

The home is beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed to be comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. The shuttle service was so fabulous it was like having your own private shuttle service. Private hot tub was awesome! Thank you for sharing your home with us

House had everything we needed for our ski weekend. Everything worked. Shuttle was readily available or short walk to mountain.

We had our trip to Taos New Mexico cancel suddenly the night before we were supposed to leave due to an executive order of mandatory quarantine for visitors from out of state. We quickly scrambled and shifted to Steamboat (in our home state). We were lucky enough to find this beautiful home. John, the property manager, could not have been more helpful and nice. (He even shipped back my face cream that I left behind!). The home was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The one thing I would have changed is to have more chairs on the deck, but during our visit they actually delivered a new set and voilà that problem was solved. There were 10 in our party, us and our children, each with a friend… The configuration was just perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

We rented the property for a family trip, 7 adults and 3 kids under 4. Property was as advertised and in a great location. The shuttle service is incredible, and the hot tub on the deck and the community pool/hot tub are really nice. John the property manager was super helpful and very responsive. They did a great job managing the baby rental items we had delivered to the house. Great trip and highly recommend John and the property.

Our group of 9 stayed at the property for four nights in February and couldn’t be more pleased. The home was very large, nicely decorated, and well-stocked with cooking equipment and tools. It was perfect for our three families to have our own space while still spending a lot of time together. We had three babies/toddlers with us, and they were very accommodating in helping us secure pack and plays and high chairs. The location was also excellent—a quick 5-10 minute walk to the base of the ski area. We also loved the outdoor jacuzzi in our unit, as well as having access to the community gym. When our kids get older, they would certainly enjoy the community pool as well.

This property was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful, spacious and clean. The pool is a great addition and the community is great for families. I was sad to leave the house and it was so nice and comfortable!!! Make sure to bring soap, shampoo and conditioner as there is none provided.

Cimarron 2 is one of the nicest ski places where we’ve stayed. Very comfortable with nice amenities. It was convenient to have the hot tub right off the family room, and the heated pool just steps from the driveway. We were delighted to learn that it’s also a very close walk (5-10 min) to the gondola. John the property manager is super nice and accommodating. He helped dig us out of snow when our rental van got stuck! Great place overall. We’ll be back!

We loved this place - the small touches were great (ie puzzles, hot tub towels, wonderful kitchen appliances, etc.) - it was a wonderful week in a great home. We really enjoyed spending New Year's Eve in Steamboat.
