Refrigerator was broke, night stand light was not work,light in bathroom mirror not working, tried to call front desk no answer. Gave complaint to front desk person in the morning wrote all down and said manager will call, still have not gotten a call back.

Went to eat. There was a buffet so we thought it was for guests, yr web site advertises breakfast included. We go so sit down And one of the servers came up and asked if we were part of the event there were no signage or anything that indicated that the buffet was for a particular event we were extremely embarrassed we set our plates down walked away and walked over towards another set of tables to sit down to find out that we had to order breakfast off of a menu. After sitting for almost 25 minutes before I finally went to the front desk and asked if we could get some service a server came through and asked for our order. This was a second server by the way that came through the original server continue to ignore us and others sat sat down and decided to just walk up and ask or serve ones that she chose to serve. The food was not good it did not taste good and come to find out that breakfast was not included with the room rental was even more disappointing for your website which is false advertising. So On top of the room rate I now have to pay for breakfast. Other family members stated that Hampton Inn just across the highway and the rooms were just as nice their facilities were just as clean beautifully laid out and breakfast was included at no additional charge with their rooms and their rooms cost less than what we were paying at what we did. Very disappointed very disappointed as we thought we were staying at a luxury more highly established hotel at least it used to be that way in the past apparently every nickel and I'm now counts and we will not ever say again. Though we are only one group of people I have definitely told people check before you go and make sure because they're advertising on their website is not truly what they say they do.

The front desk staff was very nice and we really did appreciate their assistance but we felt the rooms were way over priced for the value when all of the surrounding hotels offer more amenities for free this also includes breakfast because when you're paying $30 every morning additional just to eat on top of a higher room rate it is so disappointing. Also our shuttle driver which we had scheduled to pick up a tent and event on a timely manner decided to not even stop and therefore there was a large situation as we were almost late for a very very important event. Luckily the head desk clerk that was working that day the general manager I'm guessing she was extremely helpful extremely nice and went out of her way to help try to get us to our event on time.

The breakfast was awesome and exceeded my expectations! From check-in to check-out including the restaurant Sat night, the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Our bathroom had a faulty bath spout and was not fully stopping the water from coming out, so the water pressure from the shower head was not the best. The fridge in the room had a broken temperature button.

We liked everything about our stay except the breakfast which was really a disappointment. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, the room was great!

The breakfast was the only disappointment. It looked like the free buffets we have gotten in all the other hotels we have stayed at - so was surprised to find it so costly. The eggs were not cooked well enough and there wasn't a microwave to heat up the danish. The bacon was good, along with the potatoes. Then, on top of the $18 buffet, a glass of OJ was $5.00 - that was really over the top, especially when they didn't say how much it would cost when asked if we wanted some.

The cleaning staff stole my 2 Celsius drinks out of my fridge. I requested an extended check out was told ok but in the morning it was not honored.

It was ok, I thought it was a little dumb that the swimming pool was next door at the joining hotel.
