Exceeded our expectations, and we will be back. Well appointment home with all of the necessary amenities. Could not have been happier with our stay. Our only wish was that the weather cooperated a bit earlier in our stay. :)

Nice home with a decent location. My biggest complaint is the home had a lot of dust and some of the towels had stains. Checkout is at 10am, unless you pay more. My thought is, if I’m checking out at 10am so the cleaners can come by, then the home shouldn’t be dusty

This house was very nice and had a great view of the ocean

I liked the amount of beds, everyone had a place to sleep & plenty bathrooms. kitchen was good, dishwasher needs work. easy walk to the beach and Aransas is nice.

Great property! A little pricey, but we did go in peak season. I would stay here again!

Large property, 4 BR and 1 open loft BR. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, bowls, pans utensils. No garlic press, blender is weak. No food processor. Ran out of paper towels second day. No tissues. Ice maker did not work so bring cube trays. Filtered water from fridge is VERY slow, but the tap water is awful so we were patient. roku tv has very confusing remote setup and our adult sons who have roku said it’s set up weird and it’s more difficult than it should be. Tv in master br did not work. Not sure about other TVs because we did not use them. 2nd floor patio door was warped and hard to open. Grill does not have a lid. All that being said (just giving a heads up) this is a great location. 5 min to beach, steps to the pool. 5 min drive to shops. AC works great. Quite neighborhood on small street so no through traffic. The best part is we were 9 adults and we had plenty of space to spread out. Never had cold showers. Good water pressure.

We started our vacation with the trash having not been emptied. I texted the owner and he kept promising it would be removed. After 4 days of smelly trash, we decoded to leave. The neighborhood was nice, however, the first night, the neighbors across the street seemed to have the same sized home for rent. They proceeded to bring in over 30 people and then took over the community pool so no one could enjoy the pool at night. It happened again the second night. It seemed like there were no rules for anyone on the street. As the house celebrated across the street, they proceeded to fill whatever was left ing our trash cans so ithe trash started over flowing. I alerted the owner and he kept saying the 'manager' was coming to empty the bins. It never happened. What a disappointment. I was disgusting!

The house was perfect for the family reunion we had this past weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. The boardwalk access to the beach was an added bonus. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time staying at Lee’s place. We really didn’t run into any issues but if we did I’m sure Lee would have helped as he was very responsive. Nice community, beach views, big porches, I’d absolutely stay with Lee again.
