Good walking area at the hotel territory and the beach (however, in high season beach would be overcrowded as it is small)

Room is extremely old, bed uncomfortable, mosquitos and bugs (but they do spray the room with bug spray on request), tv is like from 70s, bathroom dirty, towels dirty, hair dryer is very bad. Food is not good. No wifi in the room!! WiFi is only at the lobby and it doesn’t even work there because every body goes there to connect, so it’s just so weak!! Even mobile internet was not working in my room!!! But the worst part was the staff. Very not friendly, sometimes even rude, I felt so unwelcome. The worst was the “hospitality manager” Redy (or whatever his name is). The one who greets you after you check in, the one who takes reservations for a-la carte restaurant dining. He was nice when he greeted me, but ever since then. He was absolutely awfully treating. The most unfriendly unwelcoming person. And when I checked out he came to me and asked if I’m going to write a good review for the hotel right now, I politely said I cannot do it right now because I don’t have internet and waiting for my Uber, and he interrupted me “I’ll give you the internet, write a good review now!” Wow I was terrified. Never again, and I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Lovely structure, fantastic beach, amazing pool, great staff and very good food. Fav part: a la cart restaurants and the entertainment! Shout out for the animation team, great job guys ❤️ The general manager, let us keep the room for free after check out! Reda is always attent and present, walking around and talking to guests making sure is all good! Highly recommend and definitely going back!

Rooms are a little outdated (but very comfortable and spacious), but didn't impact our stay at all. A little difficult to get coffee at the main buffet at breakfast time. Is hard to say who's just cleaning and who's doing coffee runs, but once you get to know the guys, is all good!

Very helpful manager, nice and friendly. Animations every evening. Large selection of meals. Everyone is nice and polite.

Reggelinél a felvágottak, egyéb hús és sajt termékek minősége nem európai:) A szobák lehetnének modernebbek, idejét múlt egy kicsit de kényelmes.

The location was excellent. We had travelled by Go bus from Luxor and then got an Uber from the bus station and it was only a short way. It is large hotel with impeccably maintained grounds and a huge cool , airy and comfortable reception area. The beach is pristine and extremely safe and there are a variety of places to sit, eat, drink and relax. You never feel crowded, and there are friendly and helpful staff everywhere, so you always have willing help if you need it. The rooms are large as are the balconies, so that you can enjoy the beautiful weather . There is plenty of choice of good food if you are self inclusive and what with the range of shopping outlets, entertainment and activities you will be reluctant to leave the hotel at all!

There is nothing not to like!

Hotels amazing. Stayed in Hurghada before and this is by far the best. Want to mention that Reda, the manager, went above and beyond for us during our stay. Iv been to the carribbean multiple times and have never had such good service from a manager who checks in daily on his guests like i did in Egypt. A wonderful country with wonderful and friendly people. Thank you Sivs, and Reda, for a wonderful holiday.

Otel 1980 yillarda nasil yapildi ise o sekilde kalmis. Odalar ve diger lobydeki Mobiyalar esyalar televizyonlar koltuklar banyo vs.. en az 30 yillik. Acilen tadilata ihtiyaci var. Cok acil. Yoksa devamli musterileri kaybeder. Ve acilen yemek leri duzeltmeleri gerekiyor. Yemek kalitesi cok dusuk. Oda kapisina odaya girmek yasak karti astigimiz halde temizlik icin cat diye kapi aciliyor. Kapidaki Do not disturb Karti ne ise yariyor ? Sahildeki restaurant yeni ve guzel. Ama diger ana restaurant 40 yillik. Eski. Döküluyor.

- Sehr schöne, gepflegte und grosse Aussen-Anlage mit Palmen, Blumen etc. - Grosser und schöner Pool und Strand. Immer genügend Liegen (vorallem am Strand). - Gutes, abwechslungsreiches Essen. Man kann auch am Abend draussen essen. - Freundliches Personal. - Super Preis-Leistung!!!

Very helpful, friendly and hard-working staff. Lovely palm gardens and large swimming pool with a bar. Many bars and restaurants, a large variety of foods, a good choice for vegan and vegetarians too. Stunning sandy beach with clear blue water.

Dit is een 4* hotel, Maar het is een dikke 5* waard, ik heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt zelfs niet in Europa. Als je naar Hurgada reist moet je in dit hotel zijn, er is geen beter. Gauchos restaurant en de a la carte restaurants buitengewoon! Ik ben omvergeblazen!!! Gastvrijheid, vriendelijkheid 10/10! Dit is vakantie! Mr. Reda A. Elbadea is een topmanager!!!

Niet te geloven maar er is geen enkel minpunt!

My stay at Siva was splendid.. Initially recommended by a friend who lives in Hurghada and he was absolutely on spot. The hotel is of adequate size so you dont get lost and walk distances to reach a certain point, everything was close by and accessible. Mr Hazem Al Sayed greeted me and took me for a tour across the hotel. On daily basis i would see him wearing his smile and checking on guests. Food was always fresh and delicious with lots of Options to satisfy all tastes. Shout out to the skillful fast lady at the breakfast omelet station. Asiya, from guest relations was so helpful offering several advice regarding location and places to visit. Siva is for sure a great hotel to stay in.

My only negative comment not related to the hotel would be those forces called tourism police..very bad and rude.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Mr. Hazem was very professional and made sure our stay was comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time, and enjoyed a lot.

Super friendly and helpful stuff starting from the receptionists till each and every waiter and manager. Specifically Mr/Reda abdelbaky nutrition and restaurant manager he's such a polite careful person, neither me nor my mother literally have ever seen someone who deals with guests like he does. He's very detail oriented, he keeps checking on what you need and what he can offer more for you.

Room service are very react-less, they're very slow and they don't respond to what you need thru a convenient time

Everything was ok, the hotel is really nice, the food is ok and there are so many options, the restaurants manager and the one responsible about booking reservations Mr Reda is really very nice person and he was checking on us every day, special thanks to Mohamed from housekeeping he was really very polite and very helpful person, also thanks to Ahmed from animation team!

The air conditions need to be better conditions inside the room

No internet says in lobby never was always everyone connected so you can't use had to buy a simcard and the man on site charges me 25 euro for that no fun or activity in the day staff were overwhelmed to upkeep the work load I was verbally abused by the silver shop keeper near the oasis dinner area felt isolated and alone even such a big complex because nothing to do than small swimming pool or beach the alcohol wasn't present as was expecting they use local brand that tastes bad I had one drink of alcohol in the 11 nights there rest is soft drinks the beer was bad taste also they morning breakfast is ok dinner ad evening were better quality

- The hotel beach on the sea is beautiful - The cleanliness of the hotel, although it is old, the entire hotel is very clean - All rooms have a view of the pool and the sea

- The children's pool is not regularly cleaned and there are floating deposits of fungi - They put beer in paper coffee cups!!! - Not a varied offer of meals There is a taxi desk in the hotel, which is unreliable. You cannot count on the time of the vehicle's arrival to pick you up, and the gentleman working at the counter will be happy to take your money, but will not return it, even though the taxi is already half an hour late. DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THE MAN WORKING THERE, pay the driver instead. secondly, even though we were looking for a bigger car, a small car came to pick us up. My recommendation is to use UBER, it will come for you in a few minutes and it will be 5 times cheaper.

The beach is sandy, ideal for families with children. There is no coral reef near the hotel - I recommend a trip to Orange Bay or Paradise. Lots of greenery, beautifully groomed grass and palm trees. Food - Food or snacks are available at all times. Really good burgers at the pool bar or sandwiches and desserts at the new cafe. Delicious ice cream - served in large portions - an exception among other hotels. And most importantly - friendly and helpful staff. Especially Mr. Reda :) Frequent questions from the service - do we need anything, how do we feel. It was nice. good location - close to the center of Hurghada.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially with a pleasant surprise of a special steak lunch at the restaurant. All the hotel services were excellent, and I would like to express my gratitude to Hazem, who was responsible for our stay and went above and beyond to address any obstacles. Everything, from the seamless check in, to the food, the beach ⛱️, the staff, the rooms, the location. I reserved Junior suites which were spacious and with partial seaview. We enjoyed the beach,it was charming together with the beach restaurant 'Oasis' where we took our lunch daily during our stay , not to mention the snacks throughout the day which was delicious and my family liked much.the animation team was professional. Special thanks 🙏 to the friendly and wonderful staff in every section Mr.Hazem (responsible for booking reservation) with his smiley face who is present everywhere greeting and guiding all the guests ,my children loved him so much. Mr.mohamed (shams restaurant manager) who was alert and restrict to every tiny detail during breakfast and dinner time.Mr Mustafa (Shams restaurant) always assuring that everything is going well with us..and not to forget Mr.Reda with his warm greetings...chef Gamal(pizza corner) and Saeed (room service) and Mr.Mina (reception) who checked out for us and allowed my children to have snacks afterwards...many thanks 🙏 you made our stay a great one..that has a long lasting memories.

I was impressed the most, of the attitude of all the staff there starting from security passing through the receptionists, chefs, housekeeping and bar tenders, all have had amazing positive attitude with a big smile on their faces, regardless how hot the weather is nowadays in hurghada specially the ones working outdoor at the beach side I salute them all, dealing with so many nationalities with different mentalities, but all kept their positive attitude all the time, also special thanks to Hazem who was taking care of us since we checked in till we checked out he was extremely professional with positive attitude and being so helpful specially towards my elder parents showing us the hotel facilities and briefing us about everything there.
