Very nice place to stay. Would recommend for anyone interested in this place. Easy access, wonderful staff, nice view, and overall very clean. My wife is a bit ocd when it comes to cleanliness and it passed with flying colors. Price I would say was very fair for the amount of room we had. (Four of us.) Thanks for a good relaxing week.

Location is great. The first floor unit did not really have a beach view and it was difficult at first to find walking access. Layoit of 2 bed to bath condo was nice.

This condominium was tucked away perfectly on the second floor, right next to the Cascade pool with partial beach view. The condo was clean and I even misplaced the set of keys which they did not give me any grief about whatsoever. Miss Judy Browl was fantastic in communicating with us as far as questions about the hotel reservations and amenities. We will be bringing our family back next year for sure...

Listing description was very accurate. The condo was great and perfect size for our group. While there is some construction going on, it wasn’t in the way and wasn’t active on the weekend. Location is very convenient to the beach and everything else you need.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this condo. The decor was very welcoming with an adorable coastal theme. We did have some construction outside the window that not expected until we arrived but overall I would highly recommend this rental!!

Owner should have known Aransas Princess (AP) was doing construction outside of their patio. Patio floor and furniture were covered with broken bricks/construction dust. Our first hour there was spent cleaning patio, called AP maintenance to send help. Inside the unit was clean, except the guest bathroom was dirty, hair on tub, dirty towel on sink. Washer was very noisy, sleeper sofa was not comfortable. It did not seem to be a good value for the price.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious and decorated as one would expect for a beach community. Judy responded to requests very quickly and was very helpful. Would highly recommend staying at her condo.

We had a great time! Even though it wasn't super warm, it beat the single digits and snow of Colorado! Loved the condo and location! It was clean and beautifully decorated. Check in and out was easy and problem free. We will definitely be back!

This was our 1st time staying in this condo at Aransas Princess. We found it to be very cute and comfy, and I slept very well in master br from night #1!
Our only issue was with a few electrical outlets being tricky, and some lightbulbs being out. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

We came to CC to celebrate my Mom’s 80th birthday - three generations! The location was perfect. The room was really good. Location good. Good view. Beds great. Shower power great! Small things needed to be fixed, but all in all it was really good! A

We woke up to bedbugs the first night of our stay! We packed up and left. We got a refund except for the VRBO fees which were more than $200.00. Won't be doing that again.

good location- poor management of rental in complex
great location and well stocked unit but unfortunately plumbing leak and bed bugs made our trip inconvenient as plumbing maintainence provider showed up at 11:30 at night and had to deal with bed bugs upon return home. Owner very receptive to situation and refunded most of cost to rent.

Perfect getaway
This was our first stay at the Aransas Princess, and it was perfection! The condo had everything we needed and the location was wonderful! Being on the edge of town puts it just outside the busiest part of the beach but it’s close enough to everything that you don’t feel like going into town is a chore. The pools were fabulous, the private boardwalk was the cherry on top.
The staff at the condo were all incredibly friendly and helpful as well. We honestly can’t say one negative thing about our stay…it was a much needed vacation for all of us and this condo gave us all we needed and more. We will most certainly be back.

We rented for quiet Easter weekend. We were delayed on arrival date and a property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating which was very nice! Complex is well cared for.

A group of girlfriends went for Sandfest to relax and have fun.
We like the location as it's only a mile walk from Sandfest. If you don't like to walk you can catch a golfcart to and from. The room is nice, like being in a small apartment all amenities. The owners were great, had 1 small snag of air conditioner being out (nothing they can help) got a technician to fix it right away on a busy Saturday. Was impressed with that. Taxi's are always easy and friendly for night life if you want to enjoy the clubs! Always love going to Port A and really like Arnasas Princess!

Steps from the beach!
The condo was as described, very spacious for my husband and I. Easy walk to the beach. We loved the original paintings which made the condo unique (not cookie cutter decorations). Easy drive to Pardre National Seashore.

Comfortable and convenient
This was a great unit for our group located in the same building as the rest of our family staying at Aransas Princess. Comfortable beds, conveniences of home. The owner was quick to respond to any communication and the AP staff was friendly. Loved being right on the beach!

Great Location for Sandfest
This was a lovely little condo on the beach beautifully decorated and generous amount of towels. The only complaint was that I could not find the WiFi password fast enough. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect Place
This condo is perfectly located. Waking distance to the beach and close enough to many dining options. Condo was nicer than pictures. The pools on the property are a great plus after a hot day on the beach. Staff at the complex couldn’t have been nicer. Condo is fully stocked with everything one would need. Will definitely stay here again.

Condo looked exactly like the pictures, very clean. Having two pools to choose from was great! They were doing some repairs around the property but we really only heard noise the last morning. Literally like a 3 min walk down the boardwalk to the beach, very handy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, choice of drip or Keurig coffee maker. My only suggestion would be new mattresses, they are comfortable but are very well used. Towels were plush and soft, couches were comfy, everything worked as it should. And the location is fantastic.
