Cozy Cottage is just that - cozy. Everything is as described and the home is well organized with instructions for everything clearly stated. (except for tv - no instuctions for ROKU and we were not familiar but didn't need anyway) The neiborhood is very quiet and the porch swing very relaxing. As per reviews, everything is walkable. We had nice weather the whole week and found lots of sea glass! LOVE Cape Charles!

The Cozy Cottage was the perfect spot for a mom’s getaway to Cape Charles. We had fun bunking up in the rooms, enjoying the full kitchen, cozy fireplace and couch, and convenience to the coffee shop and other great dining options! The outdoor shower was a plus!

House had more than enough space for our family of 4. Clean and within short walking distance to all of historic Cape Charles and its beaches.

Everything about the Cozy Cottage was wonderful! We are looking forward to a return trip.

5 adults stayed for a weekend wedding and this place worked perfectly for us. We found the thermostat easy to use when the crazy weather led us to need the a/c one day and the heat the next to make every room comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. We loved having access to the bikes although we found the town very walkable.

The house was perfect for three friends having a girls trip away. House was modern and vintage in all the best ways. Everything was super functional and cozy at the same time. The only negative I can think of are the steps are very steep and would be worrisome for toddlers. We had no problems with them as they provided much needed exercise 😊. The house had everything one could ever need. Great amount of time and thought has gone into providing every little thing one could need in a rental. Having a golf cart that we did not have to pick up and return was wonderful! Bikes and beach chairs and everything in the back shed were in perfect condition! This was a keeper and worth a return visit!!

My husband and I had our second trip to Cape Charles with our 2.5 yr old, this was our first stay at Cozy Cottage. The house is adorable and well-maintained, with lots of modern updates and little touches that make it feel like home. It had everything we needed for our stay and plenty of space for our toddler to play and still be in our sight. It was also very clean, ehich was not our experience in yhe last place we stayed so it was much appreciated. We loved the lpcation too, and annoyed walking to shops and restaurants, the playground, and to get ice cream, not to mention the 3 minute drive to the beach. Thanks to the Fadool family, it is obvious you have made wonderful memories here and we're glad we got to do tje same! We will definitely book again for future visits!

Celebrated our wedding anniversary in this perfect home! I travel for a living so the features at this property were so welcomed. My top items: despite it being Mid-September, I could get the air as chilly as I needed it, I need it cold to sleep... GREAT airconditioner! Golf cart - don't even think about it, book the golf cart when you book the home - no drama, right there, and cheaper than in town. and CLEAN, gracious this place was immaculate. Can we talk about actual hot water and shower pressure, also tall enough for the 6'4'' hubby? heavenly...and because we did decide to cook a bit, there was everything we needed. Close to the beach, but not too close that everything else was far, close to shops and restaurants, but not so close you get the noise and traffic. Looking forward to next year for longer!!!

Had bad weather during our stay, but the Cottage was nice. Downstairs all seemed pretty new, kitchen was well done.

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere and it is only one street over from most of the shops and restaurants. The sunsets were gorgeous!

I traveled from Florida to visit my daughter and husband and grandchildren. The family lives in Cape Charles, one street away from this VRBO. It was the perfect place for us to play games, especially Yahtzee, celebrate my granddaughters 9th birthday. I had the grandchildren sleep over with me a few nights, so mommy and daddy could have date nights!

This is our second stay with Tom and it was phenomenal again! Our kids love this house as much as we do. Close to everything and in a quiet part of town. Clean and updated as well. Has everything you need for a fun vacation. Feels like you're staying with family! 👍

We loved the house. It has everything you need and more. It is one of the best locations in Cape Charles, you can walk to have dinner or you can take the golf cart. It’s only a few blocks from the beach and the neighborhood is so quiet. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to go back one day.

We were so excited to be able to stay at Michelle and Tom’s cozy cottage again - great location, clean and well maintained, lots of amenities, warm outdoor shower for washing off sand, and super comfortable beds. Our kids love the whale and mermaid themed rooms and we loved sitting on the front porch, cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, and cruising around town in the golf cart. This is such a special place and we are grateful for the opportunity to stay here and create family memories. Owners are very kind and the sunsets on the bay are simply the best! Thank you!

We LOVED our vacation to the Cape Charles. My family and I look forward to staying at the Cozy Cottage every summer. House has everything we need for our young family. The house is in a perfect location to get around the town! Toms communication is excellent. 10/10 recommend!!!

Although the weather wasn't what we desired, this location provided ample space to stretch out for our group of 5and central location to get to restaurants, activities, and stores. Would stay again our next time to the area.

We enjoyed a long weekend in Cape Charles. There was something for everyone, including beautiful natural surroundings, a music concert, delicious food and eclectic shopping. The cottage is better than we expected and has more amenities than in the description.

My wife, our 11yo son, and I loved our stay at Cozy Cottage. The home itself was a great size for the three of us, but with plenty of room for MeeMaw and/or a friend or two of our son’s next time. It is clear that the space is lovingly cared for, and with attention to all the finer details. Between the abundance of beach and bath towels to the softness of the linens and mattresses to the soft throws and pillows on the couches, we felt right at home. Being able to rent the golf cart without having to run out to another place was fabulous, as was the proximity to our favorite haunt, Peach Street Books (and all of Mason). Having access to an umbrella and boogie boards was hugely convenient as well, and we adored the outdoor shower. Our son also appreciated the Lego’s; if you see a Lego Friends bot mini-figure, that would be his doing! We would definitely stay here again, and are so grateful to the Fadool’s for sharing this magical place with our family.

We had a great time at the Cozy Cottage! Tom & Michelle have a very cute home in a great location, with great amenities that made our family week in cape Charles a blast! The little things like Tupperware containers and bungee cords for the golf cart made things super easy and convenient, while the outdoor shower was great for cleaning off when coming back from the beach. The Cozy Cottage is exceptional in every way! It is spacious, clean, and very well appointed. Kitchen was stocked with wonderful supplies, appliances, and great cookware. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the smaller rooms had fun bunk beds for our young kids -- they were overjoyed. We appreciated the provision of linens and towels, which made our packing much easier. The furniture was also super comfortable. We didn't watch a lot of tv but our kids were so excited to have Roku, and we completed a puzzle that was in the game cabinet. We loved the fresh herbs on the patio, the gas grill, the fabulous golf cart (rented separately), the heated outdoor shower, the beach chairs and boards, sitting on the front porch, listening to the church bells and watching the sunset -- basically everything! Thank you Tom and Michelle for making your beautiful home available to rent. This was a perfect way to spend the last week before school starts. We hope to be back next year!

We couldn't have asked for a better property. It had everything we needed and could have wanted! Michelle and Tom were fantastic hosts - super accomodating and very understanding/flexible. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The proximity to the beach can't be beat! Thank you for allowing us to stay - We will definitely stay again!
