The view from the porch is outstanding. This little slice of heaven is worth every penny. Everything is updated and high end appliances and updated bathroom and kitchen. Cathy is the most amazing host, in constant communication answering every question. Cathy has thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible. The condo is in a great location and easy for walking to everything. We already booked our next vacation at this perfect spot!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island and it did not disappoint! The condo was just as advertised. We have stayed in a number of different condos at different beaches and this was by far one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. Cathy did a great job stocking it with everything that is needed for a comfortable, relaxing beach vacation. We really enjoyed the beach and the island. So many restaurants to choose from! Looking forward to visiting HH in the future. Want to add that Cathy was very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks Cathy for making our first visit to the island a memorable one!

We came to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed and more. Everything was wonderful! We walked the beach every morning and were lucky enough to see several dolphins, starfish, sand dollars and several other sea creatures. Restaurants and shops were all very close and conveniently located, and there were so many activities to do. We loved the Lowcountry Mini Boat Tour, Watusi Cafe for breakfast, Fish Camp on Broad Creek and Carolina Crab Company for dinner. We will absolutely be back!

Everything was perfect, really. A great condo with a great ocean front view in a great location. The beach walking and bike riding were awesome. Conveniently located near Coligny Plaza so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

We booked our stay last fall for our sons spring break. We were surprised when we walked into the condo that it had been remodeled. The owner had done a great job on the update. We loved siting on the balcony and listening to the ocean at night. Every morning we went for a walk on the beach and watched the sunrise. I can't say anything bad about the condo. Highly recommend renting a bike, we enjoyed peddling around and avoided crazy traffic on Pope Ave.

Great condo with great view and excellent beach access convenient to shopping and dining.

First thing we noticed was the pleasing flow of furnishings and paint colors. Next was the tasteful art work. Oh…then there is that “view!” Then the fact the manager took notice of wife’s special day. She was a real pleasure to work with! Great visit!

4 nights in early March. Place is amazing. Kitchen upgrades are very nice. Bed very comfortable. Views are better than advertised! Sunrise on the balcony with a cup of coffee is the best. Easy access to a great beach. Host was great, checked in with us to make all was good!

This corner unit with a fabulous view is well appointed and well located, with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach, restaurants down the street if you wish to dine out, and everything you need to make your meals in the condo if that is what you want to do. Puzzles and games accompany the view.

Very cozy beach front unit with beautiful sunrises! The condo was stocked with everything we needed and was immaculate. The location was convenient, too. Cathy was communicative throughout the reservation process as well as during the stay. We would definitely return!

The view from this condo is outstanding! The balcony has two wonderful rocking chairs to relax as you enjoy the 180 degree view. Directly below it were some bushes and we saw two deer down there. We stayed in November and it was a little chilly, but even when it rained, we were able to see the ocean while sitting on the two couches inside. The layout used every inch to an advantage and the furnishings were comfortable. It was immaculate and the host was easy to reach and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The beach is hard packed so many people were walking and riding their bikes on it. It was quiet and relaxing and felt very safe. There are lots of good restaurants close by. We will definitely be coming back! It is our new getaway!

This home is in a wonderful location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. The view of the ocean is gorgeous. It was a perfect size for 2 people or a small family. Would highly recommend

This was a wonderful place to stay. They have absolutely everything you need for the beach. The view was even prettier than the listing. Two adults and one 17 month old child and it was perfect. Close enough to walk for breakfast, dinner and shopping. You could park and not drive the entire trip.

This condo is nothing short of incredible!! The views are spectacular, the cleanliness was unmatched and the decor was beautiful! All of the towels and bedding was very soft, not scratchy like most places we have stayed, everything was very well stocked with all of the neccessities and the property owner (Cathy) was the nicest person we have ever rented from!! She knew it was our Anniversary and she left us a card and a gift to celebrate and no one has ever done anything like that before and we have stayed MANY places but she made our first visit to HHI very memorable and pleasant! We would HIGHLY recommend this place and we will def be visiting again when we can!!

This condo offered wonderful amenities: close to restaurants, shops, and it is a short walk to the BEACH! The view from the private balcony is amazing: sun uo, sun down, moon on the water! The condo is sparking clean, has starters of soaps, paper products, etc., and lovely seaside decor. The owner communicated all we needed to know for a successful stay without being obtrusive. I highly recommend this unit.

Kathy’s place was perfect for us! Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. We stayed for our honeymoon and Kathy was so sweet and left us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Will definitely be back.

The villa was super clean and had everything we needed. The location can’t be beat and Cathy was awesome. She checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend this villa and will stay here again.

This condo had everything we needed for a fantastic stay - Keurig with K-cups, traditional coffee maker and filters, creamers, toaster, full size appliances, dishes, iron, hair dryer, plenty of towels, extra blankets, pillows, and fans. The furniture was and decor was all nice and clean. We've stayed at this complex many times but never on the 3rd floor and never ocean front - the view is amazing! You can see the sunrise right from the balcony! As a host, Cathy is very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated the personal messages when our condo was ready a little earlier than planned and to check and make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again!
