Beautiful three story loft with rooftop patio. We loved the open living space in living and dining room. We watched the snow fall while we sat next to the fireplace. What a great space. Bedrooms were not large but adequate. Large shower in one bedroom that had the best shower head. The condo was perfectly located to everything including a beautiful park. We would stay here again, my only feedback is the level of expectations for guests needs to be reduced. Asking them to take out garbage to an outside container in a locked alley, stripping the beds and other general cleaning should fall on the housekeeping crew that is paid ample by the fee included in the rental. We would rent again.

Perfect place to stay for the week moving our son into the dorms at CSU. This rental is walking distance to downtown Fort Collins, CSU and the river trails. The property is clean and comfortable. The two en-suite bedrooms are a bonus. The property manager, Stacy, is communicative and welcoming. We had a great stay!

Overall, it was good. We had called the owner several times. The door lock needed replacement, lights in the dining room required replacement and the laundry equipment had to cleaned before we would use it. Stacie got everything we asked fixed. Would strongly recommend she or associates do a thorough walk thru before guests check in. We closed windows when we checked in which we know saved on the A/C costs.

Property was just as depicted in the pictures. Great location close to restaurants and activities. Easy street parking for the most part. We didn’t know that the Taste of Fort Collins festival was going on and that made parking a little more challenging but we were fine. We would definitely stay here again!

The property closely resembled the photos. It was very modern and decorated nicely. I was in town for the Colorado Marathon, which passes directly by the building at mile 26, so this location was very convenient. I was able to walk to packet pickup, bus loading before the race, and from the park post-race. The owner includes earplugs by the beds, so I was worried about street noise, but the location is very quiet. It's far enough away from any main streets and/or Old Town that there is little traffic. It's an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Town. There is only street parking, but the spots were plentiful and the area seemed very safe. The apartment is arranged vertically - a very cool setup, but lots of stairs. Bedrooms are on the bottom level. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom felt cramped but was otherwise fine. Outlets in the bathroom would've been nice. There was a spacious main level upstairs. The TV was great. Lots of nice windows. The kitchen also felt a bit cramped (couldn't open fridge all the way) but was stocked with the plates and silverware we needed. The balcony and rooftop were amazing! We relaxed on the rooftop and enjoyed the hammock and were able to cheer on marathon runners from the balcony. Stacy was very responsive to our questions. Overall, a great stay! Fort Collins is an awesome place to visit!

The approach for check in and check out was way too strict. We asked to check in a couple hours early and were told we could if we paid $150 extra *yuk*. Cable had very few channel options so adding some channels was expected. On check out I got a text at 7:30 am stating a cleaning crew would arrive at 10 am *rude*.

My family had a wonderful stay here over the weekend. This place was exactly as we expected - all the design details and all the function we hoped for! This is a lovely, modern, clean, multi-level condo. The furnishings and beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is quite well equipped. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the rooftop patio. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to multiple nice restaurants and several parks. We'll be back!

The property was all is was advertised to offer. Great location in Old Fort Collins near restaurants and shopping. Modern amenities, great view of the mountains. Great king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. Navigating the flights of stairs to get to the 2nd floor, third floor and the rooftop might be a challenge to guests with any mobility issues. (especially bringing luggage up to the 2nd floor bedrooms.) The 3rd floor kitchen, dining and living room space was spacious and comfortable. It was nice having an outside balcony on this floor in addition to the rooftop terrace. Had some difficulty locating the operating mechanism for the underground trash container because the controls and explanation were located in a box on the front porch of the house just south of the building

Overall great property and amenities. A few final polishes were missing at this price point but would absolutely return.

This was our second stay at this beautiful townhome - we love the contemporary style, spacious living areas, really comfortable beds, rooftop deck and the location! Everything was spotless and ready for us . . . we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again! Stacy is an amazing property manager/host - extremely responsive, helpful and welcoming . . . I highly recommend her as well!! Thank you for a great stay!

Such a great property. Cool vibe, walkable to Old Town, and a rooftop deck. We had a great stay here. Be sure to take note of the stairs if you’re not mobile…there is a long flight to get to the front door, then the living area is 2 floors, with another floor to the rooftop deck. I booked this place months before I broke my ankle and then forgot about all the stairs (my bad, not theirs); but in the end it was probably good rehab for the ankle that I otherwise wouldn’t have done, lol. I wouldn’t have traded it, very glad we stayed here.

The location is fabulous--just a five-minute walk to Old Town--and the condo was beautiful. True to the pictures!

Great place to sample Fort Collins

The condo looks like the pictures! Fun decorating and plenty of room in the condo. The location was really the best of everything, quiet neighborhood and walkable to Old Town. Property manager checked in and was responsive on questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a cozy and quiet place and very close to all of the fun things to do in downtown Fort Collins. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Fort Collins again.
