Everything.It's a well run house to stay in for a beautiful holiday.very clean and quiet place to stay would highly recommend it.

Owner was very communicative, friendly and accommodative. House was shiny clean it felt like home especially kitchen cabinets having extra stocked. Me and my family enjoyed our stay 🥰

Two members of my group caught covid before our stay and the property owners were unwilling to let us get a refund or change our dates. We contacted Booking.com and they stated that it was the property's discretion. Beware of potentially losing a lot of money if the covid rules change.

Very efficient from owners with regards to information. Really comfortable and very clean

Great Holiday rental for the 3 nights we stayed. Very central to Manchester City centre only £8 in a taxi. Train station just up the road. The house was clean, tidy and had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. Rooms and beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Towels had been left out for us on our arrival. SKY TV not only downstairs but also both bedrooms. Driveway at side of house to park your car and good size garden at rear if you had kids staying. It really is a home from home!

It was easy to collect in the key box

Lovely clean and modern house with everything you need for a hassle free comfortable break. Lovely quiet location. We stayed with our 4 children whilst seeing family and they didn't want to go home. We will definitely stay again if we come to Manchester in the future.
