I stayed in order to watch a basketball tournament and this happened to be a few minutes walk away. Car parking - perfect Breakfast was really good Staff were very friendly

I didnt have any hot water on the Sunday morning, at first a tiny trickle and then nothing. I did inform the staff on reception, but unfortunately by the time fixed it was too late for me to have a shower or bath. So not ideal. I hope this was an isolated case as family staying in another room had no issue.

It was clean, very good location

The rooms need to be modernized the facilities in the room are not the best and the shower wasn’t that warm

The breakfast

The hot water in our room kept going cold someone was suppose to call regarding complaint no one called our room was not cleaned and we stayed for two nights

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bed was small but comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice including selection of milk for various diets and a vegetarian and gluten free option

Bathrooms could do with being modernised

Absolutely cracking hotel, some of the big chains should take note of this place. I say in hotels up and down the country week in and week out and honestly this hotel has everything you need if your stopping in the area. Reception guy was a young lad and he told me the history of the hotel and about the owner and well done that man for creating a fantastic hotel, if I’m ever in Manchester again this is the place I’ll be staying 👌

They don’t have any other hotels anywhere else in the country 😔

Very clean staff very helpful , great location for the apollo , nothing roo much trouble Breakfast was gorgeous very tasty

Beds were a bit on the uncomfortable side , but everything else was spot on

Great staff, lovely lounge and large rooms. Nice bar

No eateries nearby for an evening meal.
