We had a great stay in the well equipped condo! Very close to the restaurants and hiking areas! The communication with the host was outstanding and very helpful! We will be back!

We enjoyed the property. The location was very convenient, clean and well equipped. The only complaint we had is that the sofa and chairs were very uncomfortable so my daughter and I found it difficult to relax and watch TV in the living room. The beds however were very comfortable.

The property is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and great views. Good floor plan with great kitchen and living space.

This condo was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there were extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The location was perfect, close to amenities but quiet and off the main road. Wendy’s communication through email and text was informative and timely. We had a great time!

Great condo- quiet, very clean, great kitchen with appliances and utensils. Close to town with grocery stores, restaurants, Whittaker Woods, and Cranmore. Perfect place to stay and ski.

This condo was amazing for our girls weekend. It was spacious & so much nicer than staying in a hotel room. The hostess was wonderful & answered any questions we had immediately. Not far at all to the outlets , restaurants & breweries. I give this place & the hostess a 5+.

We stayed at this condo while we were in town to take our kids on the polar express. The condo is very spacious, clean and updated. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. An excellent location near the north Conway train and the settlers green. We would definitely stay there again! Wendy was a great host too!

Unit was exactly as described -- spacious, clean, well stocked, and terrific location -- perfect for our shopping weekend. Wendy responded quickly to my questions, check-in/-out was a breeze, would definitely stay here again.

Wendy was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. Everything was so nice in the unit and in a beautiful location as well. The trail system right out the back door in Whittaker Woods was very nice and we enjoyed hiking it after our long drive to get there. The bed in the front bedroom was super comfy. This place is large and suitable for up to 6 people.

Nice and clean with everything we needed. The 2 portable air conditioners were a big plus as the area had an unusual amount of rain (we got lucky though). Helped with air movement and kept the dampness down. Place was secluded enough to feel like we were not near the town but was a very short drive to everything we needed. Upper condo was a little loud with their 2 doggies running around but not the fault of the condo owner. Didn’t really bug us but it may bug some people. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and both bathrooms were perfect for our needs. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your condo!

Our stay was unbelievable! We love North Conway and plan to revisit again soon. Wendy is great, communicative host, and her rental is amazing!

We had a great weekend away visiting Story Land and Santa’s Village. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Wendy was communicative and we would definitely return!

My sister and I brought our kids for a Storyland cousins trip. This place was perfect! So clean, hiking trails and deer in the backyard. Id definitely recommend it!

Our stay in this condo was great! The condo is close to town and Story Land and a short drive to Santa’s Village. The condo is spacious and extremely clean. There are tenants above this condo with dogs that do make some noise, but other than that, this place is perfect!

the location was fabulous, the property was wonderful, and the unit was fantastic. Communication with the owner was positive and she was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend and will try to get back here again.

At first I was impressed upon arrival because the location was perfect, there were so many toys, books and games for our two little ones. The condo was cute as well and updated. However, two days in we noticed a tick on the carpet and then a bug that looked similar to a cockroach as my two children were playing with a puzzle on the floor. My husband also kept saying it smelled like smoke but I didn’t notice it until the last day. When I got home I noticed some of our clothes and my kids stuffed animals stunk like cigarettes. The hand towel in the bathroom also had a dead bug. Another issue is on the spare bedroom there’s a ton of condensation. You need to keep the doors open. The owner was great and easy to communicate with and she refunded us a $100. Overall, the location was perfect but my main issue were the bugs.

Close to amenities. Great floor plan in condo and nice kid-friendly touches like toys, games and plastic dinnerware. Trails right behind the property were a bonus too! Lots of other nearby trails and scenic everywhere you turn in the MWV!

Wendy was awesome! Condo was great, the only negative part of the stay was the terribly rude tenants that live in the condo above, they were so loud and spoke awful about my family when we never even met them. From the moment we got there until the morning we left. We were quiet and in for the night before it was even dark out

Peaceful and quiet area, very clean and nicely decorated. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area.

This property is spacious and clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It's in a nice quiet setting yet central to everything in the area. The owner was lovely to deal with and responded right away to any questions we had. We would highly recommend it.

Although it rained most every day we still had fun dining out, shopping etc. Nice quiet location, no road noise. Wendy was very easy and accessible to communicate with Would love to stay again.

My son and I have been doing annual trips to North Conway for the past few years. As he has aged, staying at a rental with our own separate space has become ideal and this property was perfect!! It was very quiet, clean, well laid out, had wonderful amenities. Communication with the owner was easy and super responsive. The check in was very easy. We were very happy. I do an annual trip with three girlfriends in the fall and if this property had one more bedroom, I would be booking immediately.

Owner was invasive. No privacy. Home was nice would not recommend for a family with children.
