I have family in Helena and visit often. I've rented various places through VRBO and I have to say that this is one of my favorites. The apartment was comfortable, clean and thoughtfully stocked (thanks for the Q-tips and Kleenex). Perhaps the best part is the neighborhood. This apartment is located on a street that is really a paved alley. The older homes are squeezed in together in every possible way. They are in all stages of repair and everyone has a project--clearly labors of love for the residents to keep up these old places. It was very very early spring, but I could tell that most places had gardens tucked in whatever space was available. It was extremely quiet--little traffic from residents only and not so much as a dog bark (and I had a dog with me). It is just a couple blocks from Helena's fantastic south hill trail system. You could walk downtown for dinner (all down hill), but have that extra glass of wine and dessert as the walk back will burn some calories;)

We really enjoyed our time at this property. We were a little surprised that it’s the downstairs of a home, and somebody lives upstairs. But we barely heard the upstairs person, and the downstairs has much more natural light than a traditional basement. It was very clean, had a fairly well stocked kitchen, and had really comfortable beds. Communication with the property manager was spotless. And the house is located maybe 500 yards from amazing trail systems in the south hills. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

We do not have any family in the area. So we chose to do a staycation Thanksgiving. We were able to bring our dog and hunt some areas within short driving distance a couple of mornings. This allowed for him to burn off energy and then we could spend our evenings either cooking at the condo or eating fine dining within walking distance at the nearby restaurants. It was wonderful.

Wonderful location! This property was cozy and clean and within walking distance to many breweries, restaurants and shops. We had a great stay!

The place was great, situated near downtown Helena and fun shops. Bed and pillows were so comfy I slept great!

We rented for a family stay and really enjoyed the location (close to downtown) as well as the accommodations.

This charming little home was ideal for our stay in Helena. Situated on a super quiet street, in a neighborhood of classic older homes, just blocks to numerous trail heads, and less than a mile into the heart of historic downtown, the house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The beds and linens were comfortable, we slept great every night after coming "home" from our Montana adventures. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property was perfectly located near trails and downtown Helena- I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go on our visit to Helena. The property was very clean and perfectly stocked for us. And the hosts were so gracious to allow access to their Netflix account. And the beds/linens were so comfortable! Great little place!

What a great location!! We were in walking distance of downtown and a beautiful trail system. It was so nice being able to leave the house and simply walk to trailheads. The host was great as well and checked in several times to talk to us about the area and see if there was anything we needed!

This was a cute rental. Nice personal touches and in a great location. We visited Helena to watch the Bighorns play hockey, but we were able to enjoy running the many beautiful trails just footsteps from the front door. This is a beautiful location if you enjoy trail running and mountain biking. The hosts were awesome with great communication. I would highly recommend a stay.

We rented this great property for our weekend in Helena for a family wedding. We knew we would have time some down time so wanted to be close to town and this was the perfect place. We enjoyed downtown Helena, found a farmers market, and came back to the house that had everything we needed! Thank you for a great weekend

Definitely enjoyed our stay of this tooth little cottage, the narrow street and the historic homes in the area were all very charming. The location is perfect for those wishing to explore historic Helena. We would definitely stay here again

What a pleasure it was to stay in this lovely home. There was everything we needed, and it was super clean and tidy. The garden was perfect for our dogs and the area so friendly. We would highly recommend.

It was a perfect size for the 3 of us. It reminded us of a little cottage. It was comfortable, especially the beds. We could easily walk to downtown & the sights.

The owners are very gracious, and communication was top notch. The parking was a little tight, but Breena was very communicative about it what parking was like and where to go for extra space. And we had a trailer so it was expected. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for the wonderful stay while we worked.

Very special property in historic neighborhood of old town Helena. Nice and cool despite hot weather, beds were very comfortable. Nicely renovated, very clean space and friendly owners. We enjoyed our stay visiting relatives in the area and would definitely stay again.

We LOVED this rental spot for our MT vacay. It sits at the top of almost any rental unit we've ever stayed in. Our boys 14 and 8 both LOVED it as well. Just perfect. Look no further for a trip to Helena.

Great rental, good location to downtown and hiking.

This location was ideal to enjoy downtown Helena and find numerous hiking trails in Helena. With a short ten minute walk you are in downtown, and even shorter walk to numerous hiking trails, this is a very good location to enjoy Helena. Our stay was for the purpose of spending our last couple of days with our daughter before we dropped her off at Carroll College. The location was close to the school, restaurants , shops and brewery’s. We will definitely be back over the next 4 years while our daughter attends college in Helena.

Out of all the VRBO’s we’ve stayed at, this is the first one we’ve been disappointed in. Between no A/C on a 97 degree day (our fault for missing that), killing bugs and large spiders (I’ve never heard those sounds from my military husband before 😂) and not having a microwave….(description said fully equipped kitchen so I think maybe I glanced over the actual items included) it just didn’t fit our needs. There were several trip hazards and the area rug looked like someone had clipped their nails while killing bugs before we arrived. Very dusty as well. I’m not one to leave a bad review, but to say we weren’t happy is an understatement. Also this is actually a basement apartment, and the one bedroom has the tiny basement windows you don’t open or wouldn’t fit through in a fire…..,perhaps MT fire codes are different 🤷‍♀️ Positive, the beds were soft and comfortable and the location was close to the trails. The neighbor who was filling in for the owners was able to loan us a couple fans and super nice!
