Very noisy all night long, beds poor

little bit over priced

Low price, relatively clean, comfortable beds.

No hot water in the morning, room smelled of smoke, had people shouting in the corridors in the middle of the night

photos no where near the room, there was two single beds and no room to move around. one box room with two single beds.

If there was anything lesser than a one star, I would give it. I booked a room so I could get some rest, but I never achieved that, as there was noise from next room all through the night. Banging movements, arguements and fight from next door, with loud voices. I reported this to the management but it didn’t seem like they cared. It is very unfair to me cause it felt like I paid £50 plus for nothing. It would have been better off sleeping in the car, I went to work with feeling of headache as I didn’t get good rest at all. It is really disappointing. I feel cheated as well.

It was a nice size room, plus I was called and texted with information to help me during my stay. Someone also called me to let me know that I left my phone charger in my room.

Found it a little hard to lock and unlock my door at times, but it was okay otherwise. Someone did come to me however to help me unlock it.
