This property was absolutely perfect for our fishing trip, big and spacious, which was needed since we had 8 in our group. Inside of house was nice, kitchen was stocked decently with minimum cookware. Outside deck was perfect to sit and watch family out wade fishing. Couldn’t have booked a better place to stay! One of the best parts was being able to watch the eagles!!

Location was perfect on the white river. Had great access to local fishing guides and easily accommodated our large group.

Had a great week with friends! Great view of the river! Good friends, good food and good fellowship. Fishing was great with our guide and weather was good. Will be back again.

We have rented this place twice for a guy's fishing trip. It is just perfect and has everything you need. It is fully stocked. We will definitely be back.

Had a great stay with a beautiful view. Four couples had their own bathroom and bedroom. Lot of laughs, good food with good friends. Will be back again!!

Every year we have a sibling reunion. 2 brothers 2 sisters and spouses. The house was great 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms right on the river. We had a fish fry 2 nights. The house was very comfortable and very clean. We hired fishing guides 2 days and played golf 2 days. A great laid back trip with lots and lots of laughter.

My befriends and I went for a quick fishing trip and this is properly was perfect for us. It has everything you need and it was roomy. Top and lower level had full kitchen . The view from the balcony was amazing .

My fishing group has been fishing on the White for 20+ years. We’ve stayed all over the Cotter area, and decided to try this location. The big fish weren’t biting, but the accommodations were great. It’s not The Ritz, but that’s not what we expected. Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. Internet can be a challenge, especially with the TV. The decks / BBQ equipment were terrific. We’d definitely go back again.

We were very impressed with this cabin. Lots of room for our family and friends to spread out and all come together. We loved the outside decks, firepit, and easy access to the river. We are already looking for dates to book again.

Clean, well kept home right on the White River! Comfortable beds, lots of blankets and bedding available. Wonderful cooling and heating systems, well stocked kitchen and home in general. Perfect home for 2 large families! Fire pit was the best! Great WiFi and streaming services! Would 100% rent this home again!

The cabin itself and location were AWESOME. Unfortunately, the plumbing didn’t work due to the septic system. The caretaker was on it and sent someone right out (kudos to them for prompt attention) after we called on day 2, after realizing it wasn’t just a fluke. In the end we end, we spent most time on the river and when we needed to use true facilities just drove up to the local gas station. Once the plumbing is fixed, this place would get 5 stars. It was perfect fishing cabin for 9 guys.

This was an awesome fit for our family. We plan on renting for the summer.

The house was very clean and contained the items we needed to prepare meals. We really enjoyed the decks and the fire pit, which make this property unique. The only cons were there was no onsite laundry as advertised on the Vrbo description and checkout was at 10 AM instead of 11 AM. We would definitely stay here again, though!

We brought a group of 30 students and booked this location and one close by. It easily fit the 15 that slept here. Great space for people to spread out and to sleep comfortably. The owner is a great host and was very hospitable in making sure we had what we needed. You won’t regret booking here. It’s very clean and well kept. Beautiful place.

Had all the kitchen supplies required to allow us to cook at the cabin and quarantine safely. It was exactly as advertised and quite beautiful, to boot. My buddy from Colorado was “shocked” at how beautiful Arkansas is.

Loved the views from the upstairs deck. We ate every meal on the deck enjoying the views and watching wildlife including eagles. Close walk to waters edge for fishing from dock. Very accommodating and responsive management. We were just the two of us and so appreciated that we could enjoy this property with the option to just rent one floor.

Awesome stay. Already want to go back with the whole family. Eagles and trout and everything as advertised. Friendly neighbors too.

Great location! My family and I had a wonderful time between trout fishing and the overall atmosphere it was a great time. The house was impeccably clean and the owner was was easy to get a hold of and more then accommodating! We will definitely be returning!

This will be our go to place on the White. We rented both levels for a family get together. One of the best equipped VRBO residences we have ever stayed in. The White was up but we still caught trout from the bank. James, the property manager, was great to work with and responded quickly and positively to all our questions and needs.

We had a group of 10 and really enjoyed the property. We rented both up and downstairs units and it was the perfect amount of space. We cooked there almost every night and it had everything that we needed. A lot of us are fisherman so we enjoyed the White River and the Norfork. Unfortunately, the water was running too high to do much fishing behind the house as you could not wade out, but we still managed to catch a few from the bank. We rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed Bull Shoals lake one day too. So fun! James was fantastic and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

The beds were great (we used seven of them), with nice linens and pillows. The view/ambience at the house if terrific, and the porch overlooking the river very inviting. The kitchens are pretty well equipped with more variety of cooking utensils and containers than most VRBO's (in my experience). Baths are fine, large enough, hot water plentiful, Furniture somewhat old but comfy and inviting. We hope to stay there again on future trips.
