Location near Twizel town, price was reasonable. Kitchen was good enough to prepare some light meal with cooking oil, salt, sugar and pepper provided.

Tap head was leaking at the sink in the bathroom. Think one the lights in bathroom not working. Some of the furniture a bit dated but acceptable considering its price.

It was clean and spacious, big yard, well equipped with furniture inside and out. Lovely linen and comfy beds.

No actual view of the surrounding mountains.

Very well set up for families. Loved the extra space of the garage/games room

Beautiful simple home, with heat pump and wood burner in the lounge/kitchen area making the house really warm at 1° weather, the windows and doors condensates but the good heating dries them up (except the bedrooms) Kitchen has complete items you need for cooking, and spacious dining table. Comfortable beds, has few extra pillows and clean towels. There is a garage play area too, great for kids.

By the time at 10 or 11pm when you plan taking a shower after the dishwasher is done, the shower water becomes too cold so I ditch taking a shower on the first night. I suggest to use the dishwasher after everyone has showered. And extra heating in the children’s bedroom during winter will be great, that room is too cold.

Comfy beds, fireplace and heat pump, lovely hot shower, great size backyard for summer rentals, garage set up for kids (again for summer).

The electric blankets on the beds in two of the bedrooms, bath available.

It was minus 2, there was no heat on at all we had to search for wood behind the garage none indoors. No firelighters, gas lighter not working There were dirty nappies in the bin in the bathroom spare pillow and duvet filthy no light in bedside lamp carpets rucked and stained
