Location was great. We went to a concert and to a Braves game. Both were super close. The staff were so nice and helpful!

The bathroom had hair in it from a previous guest. Not just in one place. In the shower. On the door to the bathroom. And in the corners of the bathroom. The mattress was pretty hard and the bed frame was pretty gross. Dust and dirt and what looked like skin particles.

The location to Truist park was within walking distance. The hotel does have an on-site shuttle that you can pay to use if you don't feel like walking. The front desk worker Miracle was the best. She was kind and informative. Always smiling. Rooms and facilities were all clean. Easy access on and off Interstate.

The hotel deposit of $50 isn't reimbursed until 5-7 days after check out.

Nothing it looked like a hotel that was actually closing. Nothing going on some type of writing all over the windows like it was a moving sale. Didn’t even have a closet just hooked to hang your stuff up horrible look like a color.

The man that worked at the front desk was phenomenal... honestly he was the best thing about my stay...Also the housekeepers were very nice as I was leaving... they spoke and smiled and told me they hoped I had a great day.

The shower was dirty, floors had dirt and hair on them and I kept my slides on to walk around.... also the walls were just dirty and it seems all together like nobody really tries to clean the room... like it's half done. The pillows seems very over worn and the room was sticky and damp ... I feel like for $200 a night plus a parking fee, I should be getting better. Like I said the guy at the desk was so friendly... it seemed like a madhouse in there and he was the only one there... and still was smiling and so friendly in spite of being slammed busy... he deserves a raise for sure. All in all this could be a great hotel with the right guidance in some areas. I've been a housekeeper myself and so much I seen was just unacceptable

Great location, staff was very kind. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were never told when breakfast ended and missed the little sign, so we were a little bummed to have missed it entirely when we came down at 9:30am

Clean and good location. Was a very good facility.

The drinks at the lobby were way too expensive. 7 dollars for a Coca Cola is a far cry.
