El departamento estuvo bien equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía acogedora (lavadora, tostadora, lavavajilla, plancha). El departamento tiene una terraza grande con buena iluminación del sol, perfecta para verano. Como mi estadía fue en invierno, solo puedo calificar positvamente el sistema de calefacción, el cual funcionó perfectamente. El aseo al recibir el departamento fue insuperable, todo bien limpio y ordenado.

El baño no estaba al 100 %. El sistema de extracción no funcionaba, lo que hacía que la humedad y los olores quedaran dentro del departamento. Las amenidades no fueron suficientes considerando el número de días que estuve ahí (10 días de estancia: solo ofrecieron 2 champú y jabón y 2 pastillas de lavavajilla). teniendo que surtirme con cosas que después debía tirar ya que no pude pasarlas en el aeropuerto. Esto contrasta con la cantidad innecesaria de papel higiénico que sí hubo en exceso. Lo que no me gustó tampoco es que esperaron a ultimo momento para enviarme el enlace de pago para la garantía, siendo que le envie un mensaje varios días antes indicando que podía pagarlo en el momento. Con esto incrementaron la incertidumbre de la reserva. Otra cosa es que solamente permitía el ingreso (check in) con la aplicación, teniendo que entregar todos los datos personales, los cuales no sé qué uso le darán. Me pusieron menos trabas cuando fui a pedir un crédito.

Piso cómodo, amplio, limpio, bien decorado, acogedor, muy luminoso en barrio tranquilo, seguro y sin ruido. Facilidad para tomar todo tipo de transporte cerca o taxi a la puerta. Una estancia muy agradable para sentirse como en casa.

El internet es algo inestable.

El olor a podrido saliendo de la ventilación los dos Dias que estuvimos, que no nos resolvieran, qué entramos ropa interior sucia en el baño, que nos perdimos varias horas esperando al técnico.

This is an awesome place to stay. You feel at home the moment you step in it. It is 100 times better than the pictures. AC worked great during the hot days Madrid was having. Its location makes it even more especial, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, bus and metro station. I highly recommend it. We will definitely come back!

We did know if it was from the apartment or some construction going on around it, but when we arrived to the apartment there was a strong sewage smell. We kept covered the shower and a floor drain after taking showers. After that we didn’t have that problem anymore. So maybe it needs to get a one way drain valve placed to avoid this problem.

I stayed 4 days at MIT House in the barrio las Ventas, the flat was absolutely spotless, and well equiped.A/C was working perfectly and silently which is a plus in Madrid.Everything is new and clean, and well decorated.Kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher and food processor.The neighbourhood is perfect, full of bars and restaurants, and also supermarkets and shops.Metro is at the end of the street very handy.The app is very convenient to enter the flat, and it also provides lots of imformations about the flat.I will definetely recommend to stay at MIT house.

The place was great, clean nice, comfy. the area is good, safe but you may need to take the subway to go to the centre of Madrid.

You need to download an app and from there you have access to open the door. the problem is when you dont have great signal and only can be opened from the app so at least my husbandand I had to download it and dont forget you phone:) also if you travel and arrive early in the morning plsn where to stay as I requested before but was able to enter at 3pm and to leave the luggage you need to conatct the office that opens at 9am and can drop the luggage but its in a differnet place as the apartment so that was not convenient. I found it a little expensive considering the location but in general prices were high for Madrid...

The apartment is situated in a neighborhood with many restaurants, small park for kids to play, bakeries and two metro stations from different lines.

It was new, clean and nicely decorated. It had all the utilities we needed. Close to grocery shops, restaurants and metro station.

It was super nice! Would stay there again. And the app was pretty easy and helpful. Balcony was amazing!

Rooms are just right size for 4 people, but could better with more space for luggage. Very modern in design.

Water in the bathroom overflowed due to the design of the shower cubicle. No trash bin for wine bottles. Had to walk far to dispose them.
