The location is excellent and easy walking distance to the town centre. Apartment is very comfortable, well furnished and good fir a daily visit.

No garden or outside area.

The location was great, just a few minutes to shops and less than 15 minutes to river/theatre. The private parking space was brilliant and just to the side of the property - this was one of the reasons I booked. Rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

The property was on residential street, but could hear some road noise from main road early morning. Freeview TV did not work properly- could not get picture, it just said Audio Only on screen. I did try in settings but couldn’t figure it out. Netflix worked fine though, so wasn’t an issue for us. I did mention this in message to hosts so hopefully someone will sort that out. There is hand soap, washing up liquid etc, but no shampoo/body wash in showers, which would have been nice touch for price and standard of property.

If I was being picky ,the boiler in the bedroom making a noise in the night ,but in general i thought it was a very good apartment ,clean tidy and well located.

1. Washing machine was provided but you have to pay for it. ( wasn't mentioned during booking) 2. Basic things what you expect in an apartment ( oil, ketchup, Washing power) nothing was there. 3. Information regarding WiFi is wrong ( username mentioned in folder and file sent wasn't the same as actual )

Very poor communication. We had the wrong information to get into the apartment and we couldn’t contact the property managers. Information on parking was lacking. We booked the accommodation because there was a washing machine and dryer which were not in the apartment. We finally were told the washing machine and dryer were next door the night before we were leaving. We had already paid 50 euro to get our washing done.

It was close to the many attractions and the parking was great.

The location was excellent with the theatres and main sites of Stratford being within easy walking distance. Parking was easy and located just a few paces from the front door.

The apartment is in a central location inc parking with a short walk into the town centre . Thoroughly enjoyable stay and host kept us well informed at all times.

Only gripe is the bathroom cabinet over the wash basin , it offered great storage but restricted the use of the basin slightly,

The apartment was nicely furnished and was very comfortable. Check in/out was trouble-free. A bonus was having an allocated and free off-road parking space. Quiet location. Nice touch was a bottle of wine in the fridge. Host was attentive.

It was in a great location, with all the facilities we needed for a family of four. It was clean, comfortable and easy to find with clear instructions on parking.

Location is excellent. Welcome pack and extra bits like salt, pepper, cleaning products etc much appreciated. Lots of towels and tea-towels provided. Very clean. Our little boy loved having his own bathroom. Totally recommend this property as a base to explore Stratford Upon Avon. Parking is a real bonus.

Easy to find with it's own parking space - easy walk to all of the attractions in Stratford. Small but very comfortable - we were a party of 4 so it was perfect for our stay. Kitchen facilities were good.

some mood lighting would have been nice - all the lights are very bright. Perhaps a reading light in the bedroom would be a nice addition. Other than that no complaints
