Communication was excellent from the owner, the house had beautiful views and was a convenient distance to all Steamboat activities! Would recommend to everyone!

We had a great stay at this updated, well soon yes townhome. It was a quiet location, with a well stocked kitchen, games and lots of space. It was lovely to spend mornings and evenings on the back deck. Close the the base area and not far from town.

This was the second time we stayed at Traci's place. We absolute love the convenience to the mountain, bringing our dog and the house is just amazing. Traci was super responsive and flexible with our stay as well. Would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay with a group of friends and our dog. Stunning views of the mountains and town and tons of sunlight through the high ceiling wall of windows. Thoughtful details throughout and very well stocked for cooking, baking etc. Even had an extra dog bed and bowls available for use to lighten our load while traveling. Would definitely return!

This house was perfect for our lowkey bachelorette weekend — the kitchen was perfect for cooking for 8 women and we could all fit in the couch area and the rooms were really comfortable. We loved the views and location

This home was just perfect for a week of skiing. The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need and extremely cozy with a fireplace, games, and ample seating. Will definitely return!

This place was a dream. Traci was so easygoing and overextended to make sure our stay was perfect. The house was cozy and clean, perfect for spending time with friends and family, cooking dinner and enjoying board games. Can’t recommend enough!

We live in Denver and stay in VRBO’s across the country frequently and this was one of the best experiences yet. The host was so great, super friendly and helpful. The townhouse is so comfortable and really close to the slopes. Highly recommend!

Great spot for family . Kitchen was stocked to make holiday meals, beds were comfortable, hot water was excellent, which in winter is a big thing, and we enjoyed our stay. Hard to get everyone together with busy lives and competing schedules. Thanks for a lovely time.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was perfect! My son has stayed at many VRBO's and said this is the perfect Place, so well built and furnished. The Manual for our stay was incredibly written and Insightful. We cannot wait to come back.!!

Good Location, at the top of Walnut creek rd, a few blocks from gondola. cozy spot. Room for all of us and ski and fly fishing gear. Nice open kitchen/main room area with large kitchen table, fireplace and big screen. pup enjoyed his stay too

We truly loved the house! Very unique touches... stone walls, rough-hewn wood, sliding barn doors, huge windows with electric shades, etc. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and the beds are VERY comfortable. We're talking about maybe heading back to Steamboat for a ski trip and would definitely try to stay at this property again!

This place was perfect ! Well stocked , easy to find and Traci made everything easy. Beautiful inside and out. The attention to detail and the welcoming of our pet was amazing . Short drive to town and great hiking. Would stay here again

We had so much fun. Traci was very responsive and helpful before, during, and even after our stay. I accidentally left my Kindle and she even found it and is shipping it back. This property was more expensive than the many condos available but it was for sure worth it. So peaceful and quiet having my morning tea and quiet time on the patio every morning. We even saw 2 GORGEOUS dear right by the house….and lots of birds and chipmunks. We loved Steamboat and we loved this house!!!

Loved the quiet mountain setting of the living quarters. Property is well equipped with amenities and was very clean when we arrived. Beds were great! Owners were excellent to communicate with and anxious to make sure we were satisfied. As mentioned in the listing, there are steep stairs to the unit. Also worth noting is that the garage is shared with the neighbor, although we had ample room to park or store bikes, etc. We would definitely consider staying at this unit again.

Had a very nice stay in the unit. It is well located about 3 minutes from the main ski area by car, near near creek trail in a quiet neighborhood. Unit is well furnished, updated and very pleasant to stay in. We enjoyed our time in the unit. Couple of small nuts. It is a duplex so you have a neighbor and have a shared deck situation. Also the unit shares a driveway, and is just adjacent to parking for another house with about 5 renters of 20 something age. They were pretty quiet but it is something to be aware of, not as isolated as.renting a house, just depends on what you want. Last nit, stairs are very steep and would not be code in any way today, inside and out. But those small items aside, we enjoyed it.

This house has a beautiful interior, is well stocked, and situated on a great lot. We had all of the cooking tools we needed for meals. The patio is private with fantastic views of the valley. The master bedroom and bath were spacious. The bedroom with the loft is great for older kids. It was just a very nice relaxing stay!

My family of four had the best time in Steamboat for a week at this awesome house. Traci was so responsive and helpful. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood. The house also has super comfortable beds! It is perfectly located - convenient to the ski hill, shops and restaurants. We went in the summer and the home was cool enough with the windows open at night. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, dishes and some basics for cooking. I LOVED the home and I would love to book it again!

Absolutely amazing place! It was perfect to accommodate our family of 6 adults and 2 littles. The host is exceptional and goes above and beyond to make sure this property is perfect for her guest. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed at the Mountain Home with our grown kids and their partners and two dogs. The place was perfect - very well done, well equipped and met our needs well. For those who needed to work on some weekdays there was room enough, desks and sufficient Wi-Fi - and it was a fun place to hang out and relax after skiing. The garage was great for storing equipment and there are a number of stairs to reach the unit - but with the kids help it was not an issue. The place has great views and is a quick drive to the ski hill and frequent/free bus service from the parking lot.

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was clean and just as advertised. The kids had fun with the games and puzzles and the adults certainly enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine. The neighbor was very friendly and went out of his way to alert us when the local elk herd came to visit. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great property and the property manager was fantastic and responsive. It's about 5-10 minutes from everywhere you need to go. We enjoyed having the extra space. Lots of stairs but this is the case with most properties.

Wonderful property that is dog friendly. Only complaint is that there was no toilet paper nor any basic shampoo, body soap, etc. which we were not expecting. Pretty bare bones. Went to the grocery store to pick things up and it was OK but just make sure you have what you need.

The house is exactly what we were hoping for. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, pretty views of the gondola, and we absolutely loved the sauna! 10 minute walk to the free shuttle to ski or downtown. The host Traci was very communicative and I appreciated her prompt responses. Would stay here again & recommend to friends. :)

Our adult family stayed at this beautiful property along with our one year old grand daughter. It was perfect and met all of our needs. We loved how convenient it was to the ski lift and downtown amenities.

My family of 7 ranging in ages from 27 to 61 … and our large dog enjoyed our stay. The home included a large living area, a kitchen table large enough for 8 … and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which met our groups needs. There was also all the pots, pans and utensils to cook our meals. We would definitely consider staying here again if our travels bring us back to Steamboat.
