We had the best time here! It was clean, had everything we could need, it was beautiful, and I wish I could just stay here every time we visit! We loved it!

We shared this with another family of 4, slept all 8 of us very comfortably. Home is more spacious than online pictures show it to be. Kids love the bunk room. We would stay here again.

The stay had plenty to donwith the children...they were sleep by 7 and i was able to watch the game while the ladies had drinks outside or at the pool.

Took my family and we had a great time! Just a short walk to the pool and an amazing unit. Lots of room and well maintained.

Loved the location, the place seemed a lot bigger once you’re inside. There’s even an outside shower to rinse off all the sand from the beach. Had just about everything we needed. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Check-in day we arrive around 10pm. GPS only took us to the front of the subdivision. Luckily someone was walking their dog and I was able to ask her for directions to the unit.

Our stay at this nice home was nice!! We really enjoyed our stay as a family. The house is well equipped with utensils and kitchen pots, etc. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries. There was a used toothbrush on the side of the living room tv stand and a dirty infant sock inside the cabinet with the Tupperware and pots. Other than that the location was clean and neat. The owner did not contact us throughout our stay until the end when he insinuated that we were still inside of the unit because his cleaning crew was trying to enter the unit (it was 11:27 am when he called, and our family was already out of the home and at the souvenir shops in town). I will admit we did not leave the parking lot until around 11:10ish as we were trying to arrange the coolers and organize the cars with the items and things we brought from our home. Overall, the stay was very nice and very comfortable!! We all enjoyed the amenities and things this home had to offer!

This was a great house for our family to stay at while in Port Aransas. Plenty of room for all eight of us. I will say also the owner is great with communicating as well! We had a fun little mishap (self caused) the first night and he was very helpful and nice trying to help us. All turned out great! Would definitely stay again!

Great beach property for my family of 7. Bunk room was perfect for big kids and I loved that the little kids had a space outside that was enclosed just for them. Manager responded immediately with our only need. Thanks for a great trip.

Great stay in wonderful home. Rooms and beds were clean, coffee and towels included and a pool to boot. Rolando was patient and helpful on the phone. All around great experience and would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a place to stay near the beach.

This property went beyond my expectations! It was super clean and decorated perfectly as a beach house! The kitchen was well equipped. They even provided coffee and sugar along with a few cooking seasonings. Also provided was soap, shampoo and conditioner just like a hotel. (I have been to a few that didn't) They had extra beach towels and a big washer and dryer (with pods and dryer sheets) that came very useful for those wet things from the beach. TVs had Netflix and some others to watch movies. The pool I right across the parking lot. And it wasn't ever crowded, always super clean. Dollar General and a gas station are right at the entrance to the community. That was super convenient. 2 beach access were also right around the corner. One that was more quiet and the other direction is where more action is along with the restaurants, shops, etc. The best of both worlds. I would definitely stay again!

Check in process was easy, any questions I had, Host had immediate response, pictures do not do this house justice, very clean , cozy, and has everything you need. Will definitely recommend to everyone and will be back to stay.

The townhome was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. It was stocked with some necessities such as Kitchen appliances that made the stay easier for family time indoors when we were done playing at the beach and exploring the town. We enjoyed the short walk into town and it only took a few minutes to drive to the beach. It is located on the other side of the hwy so driving to the beach is necessary.

Best experience yet. The house was perfect for us. The owners thought of everything we could have possibly needed. Things provided that we weren't sure would be available were an Instant Pot, a Keurig and generous amount of pods, plenty of large pots and pans, beach towels, seasonings and spices, and all the TV's were Ruku Smart TV's which allowed us down time and Christmas movie nights. While here we recommend eating at Irie's and Razzoo's. The Pirate Ship was neat and we seen many dolphins while on the evening sailing. The beach is wonderful. Really windy and a bit on the cool side but still extremely enjoyable. If you plan to stay during winter you won't need your heavy coat but jeans and long sleeves might be a good idea. Everyone played in the water but with the wind the water was pretty choppy and sitting on the beach was a bit chilly. Even so we had an amazing time.

Very nice and comfy condo, quiet area and close to everything that port a has to offer.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Pirates Bay “Seas the Day.” It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you might need. It was myself, my husband and our daughters (4yo&10mo). It was quiet with perfect access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Port A! Thanks again!

The house was beautiful and very clean! Lots of room enough for two families. I stayed with my husband and five kids and we had plenty of space and beds to sleep in.

We feel lucky to find this property at the last minute. Like others have mentioned - it is quite impressive how clean this home is. it was perfect for our family with young kids. Beach access is a 2 minute drive - which made it easy to go back for the kids to take a nap and then head back. The community was quiet, friendly and the home offers a lot of privacy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Truly the cleanest property I’ve ever rented. The house was adorable and had everything we needed! The pool was never over crowded and the drive to the beach was 5 mins or less. I would totally stay there again!

We loved this condo! Super clean, well stocked, plenty of space, washer and dryer in the unit. The kids LOVED the bunk room! They also loved being able to head to the pool for a bit when the babies were done at the beach. Great location and loved the shower outside too! So helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

This was by far the best property I have ever rented. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and affordable. The owner, Ronaldo, was available to answer any questions, not that there would be any because everything was laid out on VRBO. It is just as listed and some. The owners go above and beyond to accommodate their renters every need. You can literally step out of your home and into this one with just your clothes and some food and be totally provided for. The house is very spacious, very close to the beach and the stores, and decorated very pretty. Did I mention that you will not find a place as nice, accommodating, and very reasonably priced. I will be hoping to rent the same place on our next trip to Port A. Thank you, Rolando, and your family for helping to make our trip special.

We always used hotels and motels for our vacation this was our first VRBO home and it was all it said it would be it was down near the beach and had a swimming pool places for us to grill out it was clean it had everything needed for the three days we were there blankets towels kitchen was all perfect and I would use them again thank you very much.
