Very very friendly staff.

Friendly staff , very attentive and polite, excellent position (close to the AFI Mall), location well maintained and generally clean, well calibrated prices, good size rooms. In one word: worth for the money spent. Would recommend it for budget travels and for those looking for a good accommodation at a decent price. I would definitely come back again.

Thin walls, every noise from outside the room is perceived inside, but again - it is acceptable for the price range offered and often it comes as an inconvenient for more expensive locations .

the city center location bring in the same intersection as Afi Mall and close to all big shops and main activities, very clean room, the nicest Japanese host, impressive home made breakfasf.

The place is, for me well located : in equal distance of walking between the city center and the train station. You can reach everything by foot. The neighborhood is quite calm. My room was small but had everything you need. I needed to do a quick laundry, and the staff made some extra efforts to have my clothes ready for the next day.

I thought really hard, but found nothing to complain of.

You have to explicitly request breakfast the night before which we didn't realise: if you want breakfast, make sure you mention it the day before.

Nice place located midway between the train station and city center. A bit old-fashioned but comfortable.

There was unnecessary noise from other guests early in the morning

The owner of this place is very nice and polite, he waited for us to check in (we were late a little bit). It was a good place to sleep over for a night. It was clean, and well kept.

The room does not have an air-conditioner. Also, there are a lot of stairs. This place is not so easy to find, some additional information would be helpful.
