My two younger teens kids and I stayed here while visiting our freshman in college. It was a great place for us to stretch out and make some memories. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! I came to Fort Collins to see my daughter at CSU and stayed here for the week. So happy I did. The listing is excellent for location to the downtown area. Communication was perfect and the home was everything you see in the pictures. If you are thinking of staying here - don’t hesitate! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This location was wonderful and close proximity to downtown Fort Collins, New Belgium Brewery and many walking trails. Extremely Clean, spacious and all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay in Colorado. Would definitely book again next time we’re in town.

We stayed at this lovely condo for CSU Parent’s Weekend. It was clean, well-appointed, close to the school, very comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. This is the second time we’ve stayed at a Mountain Time Vacation Rental unit and each time has been wonderful. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay in a Mountain Home Rental and it didn’t disappoint. The property is in a quiet street, it was clean and well maintained and had all we needed for our week long stay. The only thing that prevented me giving it a full five marks for neighborhood was the that there is still a little building going on in the area (although not on this street). This house is perfect for two couples or a family and it is situated close to old town and breweries which are well worth a look. We enjoyed a lovely week here.

Perfect family getaway

This was a great place to stay for a fun weekend in Fort Collins. Walkable to all the action in Old Town, but in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen for meals at home if you want to do that. Easy check in with good communication from the property manager, who also provided helpful information on Fort Collins pre-arrival.

My husband & I visited Fort Collins with his aunt & uncle to attend the Frontier Days rodeo. The house was a perfect distance from airport and to Cheyenne for the rodeo. The house was also perfect distance from shops & yummy restaurants in Fort Collins. We will definitely looking into staying there again if we come back to Fort Collins.

Location was a short drive to CSU and multiple restaurants. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Stacy was fantastic with communication and responded quickly to any questions. Will likely be out there next year and would definitely rent again.

We started in Wyoming to watch our son perform with the Blue Devils. Then headed to Fort Collins for a few days. Our stay in the townhome was fabulous! It had a beautiful kitchen with everything you could need to cook your meals. Bedrooms were spacious and comfy beds for a good night sleep. Living area was nice too. Having a garage to park your car was great for bringing in luggage or shopping. Everything is detailed for your stay and any info you may need. We went to Estes park and the drive was easy and didn’t take a lot of time to get there. Definitely recommend going if you have never been before. The mountains and waterfalls were fantastic! So many scenic views and wonderful places to shop and dine. We loved it. Our host was super, as well, she communicated quickly if we had any questions. We really enjoyed the beauty of Fort Collins. We would definitely comeback and stay at this location. Thank you.

So impressed with this property. It was perfect for our stay and close enough to breweries and old town to allow for us to ride spin cycles back and forth. Looking forward to the next stay!

Both of my daughters are students at CSU I live in Denver. I spend my daughters’ birthdays with them each year, so it’s very special to us. Stacy‘s home was welcoming, clean, more space than we expected, and a lovely set up to eat cake and play games and watch movies together. Thank you, Stacy.

The house was comfortable and well stocked. We had everything we needed for meals and sleeping and the game table was a fun bonus. Only negative was when we tried to get in touch with the host on the day of check in. We ended up getting the answering service twice and didn’t get a timely response- definitely didn’t feel as personal since it’s hosted by a property manager. During our stay we did get timely help though. Overall, would stay again.

We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. Easy check in. Safe and secure townhouse. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Old Town and outdoor activities. Hope to return soon for a longer visit.

We are a family of 5 so having a little more space, comfort and privacy is key. The home is immaculate, we love clean and the home was meticulous. Communication was easy and prompt. Right down the street from New Belgium brewery which is always a plus!

The whole process was great. Great home in good location. It was perfect for an out of town Thanksgiving.

Very comfortable place. Enjoyed the ‘Skeech’ (sp?) board game upstairs. No issues with the place and having a garage was a plus. Just wish there was a garage opener. Getting out of the car to open the door was not that big a problem unless it was raining.

We enjoyed our stay while we were moving in our freshman to the CSU dorms. The beds were comfy after a long moving day. Not too far from campus which was also convenient for move in.

This property is in a new community close to restaurants and breweries. Nice amenities and was quiet.

Nice clean place and good location. We rented bikes and biked everywhere. The only problem we had was that the code didn’t work to open the garage and our Tacoma didn’t fit in the garage.

We enjoyed location, beds were very comfortable, updated appliances - however the temperature upstairs was very warm. We had to purchase two box fans.

Our family had a really nice stay. Property was very nice and close to town. Everything you need in a well appointed home. Property owner/manager was fantastic to work with. Would certainly return for a future trip to the area.
