Beautiful setting. Owners very thoughtful in having amenities for guests. This is our second time renting a Ponderosa house. We love the location and appreciate the cleanliness of the cabins and all the owners have thought of to make our stay pleasurable.

This property was great. We had trucks with trailers and they made special accommodations for parking. Super cute place and beautiful property. The owners were super nice and they thought of everything to make their place above and beyond. By far the best rental we have ever stayed at.

Very clean. Loved the cabin. Spent a lot of time on the porch. Dogs loved it. Owners are awesome. Grounds clean and convenient to where we needed to drive to. A true Gem hideaway!

We selected this unique property as a home base for our UTK Freshman drop off weekend. We wanted something that was a little quieter and unique. Given the nature of our trip we didn't get to experience the great property it is on, but the cabin was perfect for our needs! An easy 15 min drive into town and a quiet escape at the end of the day! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was fantastic. I can't say enough about the property and the house itself. It was very well stocked, VERY clean and cozy. We enjoyed spending time with our family here and our son LOVED he could just walk over to the fishing pond. Our doggy loved to run in the gated field and chase all the birds. I had morning coffee with 3 deer staring at me every morning. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little cabin. It was exceptionally clean. My boys loved fishing at the little pond on the property. It’s in a great location and worked out for us as it was very close to the family we were visiting. We look forward to staying here in the near future again.

Prefectly located in Knoxville yet still central to Gatlinberg and Pigeon Forge. So many activities to do or just relax. The cabin was beautifully maintained and decorated. The front porch has a gorgeous view and the hot tub was clean and relaxing.

Beautiful location and close to so many great places to visit. We were able to see downtown Knoxville, maryville, the foothills, and Ijams nature center. We loved our cabin kitty and enjoyed the hot tub.

The property and cabin were exactly as advertised, and we would absolutely stay here again. Very close to Knoxville but it feels like a different (and quieter) world. Everything was clean and organized, and the owners have clearly put a lot of time and care into everything. I recommend this place with no hesitation!

My husband and 15 year old son and I enjoyed our stay! It was fun, full of entertainment and the most tranquil place ever! We will be back one day and want to do a family reunion there! Great location

We stayed a week, May 18-25, 2023, at the Little Ponderosa cabin and loved it! It is quiet and private as well as easy to drive to, just 15 minutes from UTK and downtown. We drove easily to our son’s graduation, visited the University Gardens and went to a great Knoxville Symphony Orchestra concert at the historic Tennessee Theater. The cabin was a comfortable place to relax, sitting on the porch with my coffee or inside playing scrabble or enjoying our family meals. The kitchen is well-stocked with good quality dishes, cookware, silverware, wine glasses and even enough snacks and Keurig cups for our stay! Brandi & Kevin have provided many amenities as advertised and taken great care to maintain their property. They have installed many security features like easy gate & door locks, outdoor lighting on timers and a lighted staircase up to the terrific loft & full bath. We loved the king bed upstairs with a new Memory foam mattress. The hot tub and fusball hockey table were a big hit as well as the outdoor game area, lighted fountain on the fishing pond & trails to explore on the property. We were so glad to stay where we felt safe and comfortable, with activities for us all to enjoy!

We had a wonderful time both staying in the cabin and exploring the surrounding area. This was our third stay here and I am certain we will be back in the future. This area is a nature lover’s dream…very serene and relaxing.

The cabin was nice place to stay and near UTK. We also enjoyed petting the "ponderosa" kitty and if we stay again will buy cat treats.

Stayed here for a week as we visited our daughter at UTK. It’s a cabin on the back of a little hobby farm sized parcel of land with a pond and several other little cabins/houses. My son enjoyed the pond for fishing and the cabin was acceptable.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Knoxville. Came to visit our daughter at UTK. The cabin was a lovely place to stay and enjoy the quiet of the country while only being 15 minutes from the action downtown. We will definitely be back.

Everything was accurate. Location was close enough and yet far enough away. Peace peace peace. Kids loved all the property touches. Fishing was good.

Few of us stayed at this fun property for our college graduation! We had others from school rent another property nearby and we really enjoyed all Brandi and Kevin had to offer! Would recommend to anyone!

This was our second time staying at this property. The cottage is very cozy and clean. The grounds are picturesque, surrounded by fields and woods. There are nature trails on the property and it's also pet friendly. The owners Kevin and Brandi are very nice and I will definitely stay at their property again.

Went to the Vols Cats game. The cottage was perfect for the weekend stay.

This property was PERFECT!! About 20 minutes or less from everything we needed. The cabin was stocked with all the bathroom and kitchen essentials. The outdoor area was amazing ! Corn hole, horseshoes, fire pit and HOT TUB!! The hosts are wonderful. We hope to come back soon!

Ponderosa cabin was just as described - great location 15 mins from Knoxville and about 30 mins from the National park. Easy access to about everything you would want to do. The property is nice and quiet with great scenery. Walking trails and plenty of space. The Ponderosa cabin was perfect size for 4. Everything was well maintained and communication with the owners was very smooth and responses were received very quickly. We would definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!

It was a very clean and fun place to be! There board games, an arcade and it was the perfect amount of space for a family of 4!! Highly recommend the owners were lovely as well:)

The cabin was very comfortable with good quality furnishings and everything in working order. Plenty of shade outdoors to be able to go for long quiet walks on hot days.

The property was exactly as listed and exceeded all expectations. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. Plenty of entertaining activities and even though the cabin is safe and secluded, you are only 20 minutes to downtown Knoxville and all it has to offer. The washer/dryer are brand new, beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows. Sitting on the front porch is a little slice of heaven. Can’t wait to return!
