Only Stayed two nights very close to Canal Street and the French Quarter

Very nice place very accommodating for the four of us. Just need some more kitchen chairs. They’re not that sturdy but it’s a beautiful place. Thank you for everything.

Really liked the place. Comfy beds, cold AC. Trouble was seeing roaches night 2 which really made sleeping nights 2 and 3 challenging. Reported it to Sonder and they offered to send someone over with bug spray which is not going to cure the problem.

Let me start with i manage a few STR properties and stay in many while traveling around the USA and South America. While i know 5 stars are the default we could not let this place slide without being fair to future guests. Upon our arrival we had a door keypad with no illumination. It took a few minutes and a flashlight to get in to the building. We entered the unit and it was not decorated like the pictures. Very misleading. Old table with only 3 chairs. And only a 2 Bedroom not a 3 bedroom. They put a bed into an old storage area, no closet, no room to walk around the bed and had to keep our luggage next to the mini-fridge in the living room. Can not make this up. We also had no refrigerator. It was on and not working. We called it in. A service member did try to fix, nice guy, but he was told that the unit has been broken for weeks. That is why they put a mini fridge in the living room. All of our perishable food was unable to stay cold. What a waste of food. The mini fridge also couldn't keep things cold. Communication was very difficult. Multiple emails and messages through the VRBO app, Foreign call centers that would hang up on you when they sensed an issue. No response except to keep saying , hope your atay is going well. To funny. Sonder can do better. Just not using our $ as we will not use them again. Yes, i am a VRBO superhost. Yes i have high standards. Yes i understood that problems happen. However these are syatemic, not isolated. GLTA

We were 5 adults celebrating 50th bdays and we loved the apartment. Very comfortable beds, kitchen was perfect for the little cooking we did, and the 2 bathrooms had what we needed. Perfect location - within a 15 min walk to everything. There’s a grocery store about 7 min walk and we stocked up on some Essentials. We could Uber to anything we didn’t feel like walking to.

The apartment felt like home-away-from-home. So comfortable and roomy. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Beautiful rooms! Easy access, easy to find, easy to check-in, nearby parking, restaurants, sights. Great communication. I felt like I was welcome there.

The stay was amazing. Only problem was understanding the chromecast. We could not log on.

This place was great. Easy to get to. Plenty of paid parking near by. Easy check in/out process. Place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more. 10 minute walk to bourbon street and close enough that the 4 kids we had with us didn’t complain about the walking. Some reviews mentioned a lot of street noise but I didn’t think it was too bad and the reality is you’re probably getting that anywhere you stay down there. Easy access to a variety of food within walking distance as well. Will definitely start with this place again if we make another trip down.
