The only reason we booked here is because of the water park inside. Almost an hour before check in I was told it was shut down. The inside is being remodeled but looks in bad shape everywhere. The rooms weren’t cleaned what so ever and the remodeled one was didn’t even look remodeled. The photos advertised on the website aren’t even the actual rooms. The room looked uncleaned and the tub had hair in it. One of the faucets looked like it had ketchup dried to it. For the price I paid,the stay was not worth it at all. The only good thing was the lady who checked us in was so sweet and the breakfast wasn’t bad. Other than that, don’t waste your money on this hotel! It’s not worth the $180 I paid to stay in this craphole!!

My room was recently refurbished. Carpet was new and also had fresh paint scent, just a hint. Made it fell like a brand new hotel. All clean and comfortable.
Nice breakfast, too, for a "free" breakfast.

Quick check in. One of the cleanest hotels we stayed at during this trip across the US. Some of the furnishings and hallways need a refresh but comfortable and as stated very very clean.

The last time I stayed here the service was excellent this time it took forever to check-in, there was no fresh water and the vending machines that had water in them were all broken if you used change. It took multiple people over forty minutes to check-in and the guy at the front would just walk off leaving people standing there wondering where on earth he went to.

Three teams were there. It would be nice if they could eat somewhere else so the others people staying could eat and have a place to eat. Also bring all their stuff down to the lobby and it was difficult to get into breakfast.

Door was broke. Bed was broke. Bathroom light didnt stay on. Curtain fell off hanger. Floors were dirty. No syrup for the waffles. And the front desk lady was very rude ...i apologize for showing up and making her work.

We were going involved in an accident (deer), which was the reason for being in Gillette. Our car was not drive able and we were traveling with our 4 children. We were stranded and desperate. The manager agreed to send their van to pick us up from the auto body shop, which was very generous. The pool was a great distraction for the kids. The amenities were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Stayed one night here on our way to Yellowstone. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Kids loved the waterslide, just wished the slides and lazy river pool was warmer. Oversized hot tub was perfect.

Location and safety are my first priority when traveling! As single mom with two young kids we all felt safe at this establishment and were able to walk or take a short walk to get what we needed!

Our room was in bad shape. The lights next to the bed did not work, the toilet ran continuously, the desk chair looked like it came from the trash pile and the carpeting was very nasty. The bathroom was very clean but the fan didn’t work. The breakfast was good but Overall quite a disappointing stay.
