Overall our stay was really good, the two bedroom house was spacious with a lovely garden, the location was quite good, 10/15 minutes drive to Sheffield centre, around 30/40minutes drive to Peak District. The house was wonderful, the owner was friendly, it was very quiet during our two nights stay. They provided Netflix on there TV, pretty much everything you need was in that house, it would have been brilliant to stay for much longer. So if we were to visit Sheffield again, I would definitely book this place again, I have recommended this place to my friends and family. One more thing to mention, the picture of the house on google caused some misunderstanding, this place is actually the house opposite the one on google map, look for a pillar that says 9A.

Actually, the bed sheets weren’t 100% clean, there were hair on it.

neighbourhood was dodgy with noisy neighbour

The place was nice, much better than we expected. Google maps showed address incorrectly (it would be great to have picture of the house from entrance during reservation). Communication with property manager Beth was pleasant and efficient, so all our questions was resolved quickly. Apartment is on ground floor and there is one more apartment on top of it, but we had not troubles from neighbors. There is well equipped kitchen with small fridge and freezer. It was warm during our stay but we used heating during night. There is nice garden area but it is open to enter by anyone (not separate) and it would be great to have some garden furniture there to enjoy evening. There is parking for at least one car. Area nearby is very quiet, and there is almost no where to go/walk around the property (it could be downside that there is no cafes or restaurants nearby), but easy to get to city center by 7-10 minute drive (Delivero seemd working too, but we did not try). Overall it was nice to stay here for a quiet week with my family.

Bed mattress was too soft for us. I think it would be better to have much firmer bed. There is motion sensor in the bedroom which lights up with blue light every-time it senses any movement (during night it feels strange) Heating during night sometimes automatically sets to 17, and needs manual adjustment.

Everything was amazing. Clean, modern and spacious. Really appreciated the little touches like tea and coffee and sugar. Had everything you needed really.

I wish the double bed had a topper on so you don't feel the gap if the two mattresses together. Other than that the beds were comfortable.
