Perfect location on Ave de Champagne, close to all the champagne houses and easily located as a first time visitor. Free and secured parking in the city centre was also a big bonus. We arrived early but were given the keys immediately to allow us drop the luggage while the cleaning was still going on - which was spotless - thank you. Very comfortable bedrooms and a large bathroom, extremely quiet at night as well. There was even AC in the bedrooms which was helpful in the summer. It was perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was served in the adjacent restaurant with an excellent selection and the host was very friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

The actual property exceeds the photos. We were very pleasantly surprised. Apartment with an enormous roof terrace. I would have described it as the Penthouse.

Bizarrely there were no champagne glasses, although if we’d asked I’m sure they would have been provided.

it wasn’t actually the place we thought we’d booked. previously we had visited A Bergere champagne house half way up Champagne Avenue for a tasting & notice it had rooms. When we booked we were a little disappointed it wasn’t where we thought it was

Key pickup hours were odd - I understand the restaurant is closed from 3-6pm, but I arrived in the area at 3:15 and had to wait hours to pick up the keys.

the bathroom in the apartment has a plumbing issue which needs addressing. It smelt of bad drains coming from the basin and shower. we did report this to reception but the problem persisted the entire stay. the facilities in the kitchen are poor, for example no sponge, no cutting knives, no corkscrew, no dishwasher tabs. we were given two half bottles of water on arrival for our entire stay - they were not replenished, nor did we receive a complimentary half bottle of champagne or even a glass - which we have always received when we stayed with Abergere on the Avenue. lastly the check in times are quite prohibitive and it’s unclear what the process is to park or check in, if you hadn’t stayed before.

Brand new so had a few glitches like communication and another guest might have removed a few things that probably should have been in the room. Also a few glasses put away used without washing. I am sure all would have been taken care of if we had said anything. Not much available for included breakfast but I did notice other guest had taken an unreasonable amount of items.

Absolutely appalling check in arrangements. Couldn't access room or parking until after 6pm. Paying guests are obviously a complete inconvenience outside of bistro opening hours (and who knew the bistro, under a different name, is part of the same establishment?!) Terribly disappointed given our happy stays at Andre Bergere's main site in the past. The one member of staff at the main AB site was completely overwhelmed running tastings and manning check in. No staff at all at AB Bis. Put your hands in your pockets and staff your establishments if you want return custom - disgraceful.

Excellent location for Avenue de Champagne and within walking distance of some lovely restaurants. Staff were all really friendly and continental buffet breakfast was good. Apartment was really well furnished and perfect size for a family of 4.

A lot of things shut in Epernay on a Monday including shops and restaurants so this made it a little trickier to get food on our first night.

a spectacular apartment in the centre of Epernay. immaculate decoration, and great interior design. the outside photo of the property doesn’t do it justice… we will recommend to all our friends and definitely be returning

The room was very clean, new and spacious. We were so close to everything and the hosts were very nice. They also include a lovely breakfast. We enjoyed some delicious small plates for supper one evening in their beautiful court yard. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

When we arrived it was a bit confusing how to get in, but our taxi driver was able to help and the hosts were very nice.
