The communication with the owner was the best: each time we needed help, they were there to help us and besides this, no one bothered us during the stay. We arrived late in the night and we still could enter the apartment eventhough it was a lot later than the check-in hour. They were building a parking spot when we were there, eventhough this wasn't a problem cause we came by moto. Very close to the beach, small markets and to a very good Italian restaurant (Sapore di Mare).

Great place by the sea: kind staff and all necessary amenities are there

It was situated near the best restaurant in the vicinity, the owner was really helpful with information about durres and surronding area. The apartment is spacious and the blinds block all light.

The furniture is a bit cheap, the table was wobbly, the bed quite hard and whoever did the tile work should reconsider his proffession. The bathroom was a bit dirty at the shower, a few details were badly constructed(electrical outlets, bathroom sink and so on). The washing machine was very loud.

Amazing location, apartment, and hosts!

The location is really good, 100 meters from the sea. The internet connection is speedy enough and really stable! The apartment is quite big and it corresponds to the description. Everything you need for a long stay is there. The apartment is clean. Reception is available on the ground floor and you can get any kind of support you need.

It's a bit nosy in the apartment. Sometimes it's really hard to sleep because an apartment block is next to highway. There are no mosquito nettles, so you can't really open the window to get a fresh air inside, otherwise you might be bitten by mosquitos

A wonderful apartment just 150 meters from the sea. The location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby. The owner was amazing, providing excellent hospitality throughout our stay. The apartment itself was cozy, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. Being so close to the sea allowed for leisurely walks on the beach, and the nearby restaurants offered delightful dining experiences. I highly recommend this accommodation for a relaxing seaside getaway with a fantastic owner.

The apartment is excellently located, very close to the beach and really good restaurants. The area around the apartments is really peaceful. We stayed for 7 nights and loved it. Additionally, the apartment is really cosy, with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The host is extremely helpful and promptly answered any questions that we had. I had an injury which lead to our bike tour around Albania being cancelled, the host went above and beyond to help us and saved our trip in Albania. Really cannot recommend the property enough. We really experienced the wonderful Albanian hospitality.

Peacfully and safe - location close to the beach, but away from the tourist traffic, there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby

- some more kitchen utensils would be nice addition - the proximity of a busy street can be an issue for some, especially at night

Ilva's hospitality was excellent, very generous and attentive. Our stay at Phi Apartments met expectations. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is located meters from the beach. I recommend this lodging. Without a doubt, I would return.

If you are taking a trip to Durres then make sure you book here. It is one minute from the beautiful beach. Checking in was simple and host Liva was very helpful and friendly. There is a bus that goes to Durres centre every 30 mins just outside at Bonita Hotel. The last bus is at 19:00 back to the apartment. If you go to plepa or Tirana you can find busses to beautiful places like kruje or Berat. The apartment I rented was for 6 weeks and everything was brand new and perfect. I hope to return here in May. These apartments are very quiet, I got the beach side but I don't know about the main roadside.

The apartment itself is very clean, cozy, well planned and equipped. The design is very comfortable and stylish. Amazing place to stay, 1 minute from the beach, nearby are many restaurants, grocery shops and etc. The host is just awesome, very welcoming and nice.

Not many activities around, but for beach rest and enjoying the sunsets this place is great

Host was amazingly helpful with everything, and responded very fast to messages. Location is great, the flat was in great shape and the wifi was reliable!

The bathroom got a little bit flooded when showering because the drainage was slow. It might be a good idea to put a floor-scraper in the flat, since it would have been practical.

The apartment was fresh and clean, just after renovation. It was bright and sunny in both rooms. The place is really close to the beach. Parking is available and free.

Tropical shower is great, but might be inconvenient. It would be great to have a simpler, more traditional handheld shower.
