We absolutely loved our stayed at casa dísa and didn’t want to leave!

it was the best apartment, just perfect. Clean, beautiful, comfortable. The house had everything you need and even more. Thought out to the smallest detail. Disa is a wonderful person, helped us a lot with a personal problem. In the evening and at night it is quiet and calm, and there is a bus to the city center almost from the house. There is parking for those who drive.

Large and spacious apartment, truly well equipped kitchen, amazing bathtub. The host is super friendly and goes the extra mile to help with anything guests might need. Clean and tidy, welcoming and warm. Two double beds, there's a washing machine and drier, and even a garden. Free parking in front of the garage. Round the corner there's a small shop with decent opening times and an absolutely amazing bakery. Iceland is not cheap, so this option is good value for money compared with local standards.

A small suggestion would be to put a towel rack in the bathroom. Not very central, but Reykjavik is small and we had a car to go around.

Location was good. Disa was super friendly and welcoming and offered a lot of suggestions and also shared interesting information Had the basic needs to cook like oil, salt, pasta. Even had ice cream too

The hot water for shower and tap had very strong sulfur smell. The bed in the bedroom was awkwardly position very difficult to get up with back pain. No microwave for quick heating. The pillows were not comfortable and too soft.

We loved it! Clean, roomy and with comfortable beds. We loved the nearby laugardalur pool, highly recommend. In a lovely residential neighborhood. Host is very friendly. We enjoyed sitting in the garden.

Need to drive to get to downtown restaurants, shops, etc. It was overly warm inside when we were there, host was very apologetic and to her credit tried to fix it. We just opened windows and it was fine.

Big and very nice apartment with everything you need.

That is really nice spacious apartment with the separate entry. Newly renovated and made with good taste. kitchen is equipped with everything that is needed if you want to cook your own meal. quick and easy access to the city Center

This was a large, spacious and totally renovated apartment in a quiet area. We had lots of space, the host Disa is super-friendly and responsive (with a lot of positive spirit and amazing energy) and the apartment itself is very well equipped, including a washing machine and dryer. For (only) two people a luxury! A walk to the Harbour takes approx 50 minutes, and a bus station is nearby. The nearby „Passion“ bakery is a dangerous place for sweets addicts ;-). We‘d happily come back any time!

Nothing to mention and one would really need to search long for something - maybe that there is no curtain yet in the kitchen window (making it possible to look inside) and that some of the pans are still older ones. What we disliked most was that we had to leave after only two nights!

Firstly, a wonderful hostess! The apartment is tastefully decorated, equipped with many useful things. Comfortable beds, washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen: dishes, pots, coffee maker, toaster... We totally recommend it and hope to come back to Casa Disa again.

Disa is the best host ever! If you go to Iceland, stay here!!!! Iceland is beautiful and magic, but you haven’t seen anything yet until you meet the locals! Disa makes everything ever better than you could have wished for. Warm and hospitable. You’ll find everything you need in the apartment, even a washer and dryer, supermarket and bakery are around the corner! There’s too much awesome things to do and see around. Time is your only enemy. But if you’re searching for a romantic private getaway this is your spot as well, wish I had time to just chill out in the big bathtub! Anyway: Go meet the hostess with the mostest! If we ever come back to Iceland we’ll certainly stay here again!

How fast times goes by…

Dísa‘s apartment is ideally situated for activities in the recreational district. It is also only an uncomplicated short bus ride from the center. It offers the experience of staying at a detached house and is still urban. Dísa is a friendly, open-minded and well-travelled person. She has equipped the place sophisticatedly and was happy to help me going off the beaten track.

the location was good and the price was great though now I understand why..

no message was sent ahead of time to let us know how to access the unit, I had to message them first. Also there was stated laundry access but upon arrival there was two loads already in process, one in dryer and washer .. we were tired and didn’t feel like finishing someone else’s laundry just to do our own, would have been nice for the host to have the washer/dryer fully available… also in the laundry room had a smell, and I located the source was a small pile of cat excrement:(

The accommodation is very good, I can recommend it to others. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped.

The apartment was modern, very spacious, well equipped and clean. The host was super friendly, approachable and helpful. The location was excellent, quiet, very close to the park and thermal spa. Very nice flat. Since we normally live in the neighborhood it is good to know about it so we can book it later for people who come to visit us
