Meat dishes served were mostly leftovers. But loved your bread.

The property was fine.

I had booked one double room for 2 nights……everything was fine. While there I booked an additional night overlapping the 2nd night of the original 2 night booking. I had asked for the same type of room which did not include breakfast but when checking out I became aware that I was charged for the room including breakfast. The matter was escalated to the manager, who checked and verified that breakfast had been charged but NOT consumed pertaining to that room. He insisted that no adjustment to the overcharge could be made. I left the hotel with a very bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say I will never stay at that hotel again and I will write a review on trip advisor.

Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Locations was great, near malls, restaurants, hospital, etc.

Food choices were limited and were just average.

In fact everything was nice and fine. It is very nice and new hotel. I recommend!

The price still seems a bit high if we count that this is a city hotel and not some beach resort on beautiful location. I would just suggest to staff to give a bit more effort with cleaning/polishing the bathroom - dont get me wrong - everything was really nice and clean - just due to it is really new hotel there you could notice some small marks of use (limescale) that is why i would just suggest to staff to put just a bit more effort to this small details to keep it so beautiful and new for as long as possible 😊

hotel is new and very clean,variety of food is good but stick to Asian foods rather than Western. Breakfast was really good. All the staff is very polite but needs a bit more training to make the service fast and more clear ( work a bit more on English). All in all pleasant stay

For a high class hotel, the amenities were lacking due to not being completed...still under construction. Builders electrical cables running across the change room at the swimming pool....highly unsafe, with children. Food again for a high class hotel was lacking. A very poor menu. Also the end really upset us, when staff checked our room, they found cigarettes butts in the plant pot in the room...sadly not our brand. We smoked outside at the required spot, and only have 2 or 3 per day. Plus mysteriously the bathroom stank of smoke after we left, funny that cause our kids bathed in the bath before we left. I like the staff but would never return to the hotel. Not value for money.
