We arrived very late and the building identification was lacking. We had to have someone walk up to the buildings to Gibbs which one was ours.

The location was decent and it was easy to navigate to the main areas we wanted to see. The apartment was clean and beautiful and staff was amazingly helpful to all of us. We enjoyed the patio and the pool immensely.

As someone who doesn't travel much (yet) I wish there had been a note that a private chalet still meant a connected dwelling to other basically apartments. The beds were not as comfy as they appeared but are probably fine for those without back issues :) . We will probably book again but note to get a first floor unit this time. It was also a bit confusing to go to a separate site off of booking to pay for the lodging but we got it figured out.

Master bed was not comfortable. A little noisy from across the way.

Great location, walking distance to everything we needed, friendly staff, spacious and well-equipped apartment with fireplace, lovely outdoor hot tub, fast fixing of problems in the department (change of light bulb and fixing toilet flush).

The beds were a little too small and mattresses a bit worn out, so didn’t sleep super well.

Nice, cozy place with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
