I found the whole booking process so easy to use . Sophie was exceptional and was always there to answer any questions . The apartment was amazing and catered for 3 adults 2 children and one baby. Sophie also put a travel cot in the room .

I have no complaints and would definitely book again

The location is ideal for town and promenade. Off road parking and key safe entry gives confidence from the get go and good first impressions were more than met. Good cleanliness and tidy throughout with modern decor. Something that perhaps could be missed a mention is the super-thick carpet on the stairs. Full occupancy when we stayed and there was no bump, bang on stairways at all. We stayed in room 6, the penthouse. Skylights only, no windows to look out of. The kitchen was well equipped, sitting area spacious, adequate bathroom and bed space. Being at the top of the house, there are obviously some low and angled ceilings but it's quirky and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Convenient location, well appointed, spacious apartment, good parking.

Noise from above apartment - not something that can control obviously but sound did travel very easy and door opening sounded like a drill starting.

We booked last minute. I had trouble paying. But . Sophie was patient and very helpful. It was definitely worth it

We had noisy neighbours on our first night but once we mentioned it to Sophie it didn’t happen again.

Lovely place to stay. Clean comfortable great facilities and very modern. The owner Sophie was very hospitable in making our stay a great stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again without hesitation.

Apartment was very clean and modern. Location was great as we stayed for birthday celebrations so close to all bars. communication was great from booking right up to day of stay of how to locate keys etc. Quiet at night and bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you need for a great stay with little extras.

There was nothing not to like

Have stayed here a number of times now, cannot fault it, it is a delightful place to stay for 1 night or a week. Feels like home, that is the how I feel when I am there.

The heavy doors which swung closed all the time. Hard for the children. However I imagine they are a precaution in case of fire?

Lovely service from Sophie. Nice clean kitchen/living room and bathroom. Nice little bag with coffee, ect was a really nice little touch. Loved the fluffy dressing gowns. Overall, beautiful apartment. Fix the few little issues in the bedroom and this would have been perfect. Brilliant size and has everything you need. Really liked the beautiful decor and clean feel to everything from entrance way to apartment. Safe free parking spot 👌 and perfect location to walk into town and up to the sea front.

Noise from the apartment below when trying to sleep. Bedroom needed a bit of cosmetic work sorting obviously been an issue with water damage. Repaint and repair damages. The rest of the apartment was lovely, but the bedroom did let it down. No soundproofing in the bedroom really affected us after a long drive. We wanted a peaceful night's sleep like we had previously in the other apartments.
