clean apartment, a lot of space, comfortable bed

there were no cups , but there was small coffee mashine

The bed was very large and comfortable. Rituals toiletries was a very nice touch. Consider having breakfast at the bistro downstairs, the food was good!

The theme of the different rooms. Our room had an orient theme, which was a bit dated and doesn’t reflect the environment.

I really enjoyed the staff because they were always available to help and worried about the well-being of me and my family, and also very kind. The room was clean and very well maintained day by day. My daughters and I really enjoyed staying there.

The restaurant next to the restaurant is very good, the food is amazing and also the staff but unfortunately is not open all week. There are other restaurants nearby but because this one is so good is a pity don't have it always open.

Excellent location, close to the slopes, big and tastefully decorated rooms, and extremely friendly staff. The beds are large and confortable so sleeping with kids in them is not a problem. Nespresso coffee maker in the room helped a lot to boost skiing mornings. Skiing equipments are safely kept in a room downstairs, no need to carry them upstairs. It was a very pleasant stay with all facilities in the room and in the neighbouring area. Late breakfast available in the restaurant next door is very tasty and allows either to sleep in late or to hit the slopes in the early morning and return later for food.

That they refused to cancel my reservation and give my money back. I tried to cancel 5 days in advance and they told me that it was non refundable. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me that the manager is well aware of the policy
