Debbie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was great and comfortable my only complaint was breakfast was all carbs except for yogurt but still tasty. Clean and well presented, but not much I could eat because of health reasons I will definitely stay here again

Stay was pleasant, the parking gets full quick due to so many contractor workers staying there. My stay was for 2 days and they don't come in to clean nor change sheets. I thought that was strange only takes trash and change towels

I typically enjoy Country Inns. The carpet throughout is very old and has a musty smell. The elevator cab floor had something spilled/not mopped both days. My room door was difficult to open and would not close securely unless I pulled it tight. The bed linens were on the thin side and just mediocre. The TV should be replaced. It was so blue that it was difficult to see. Lastly, the bathroom lighting was very dim. A make up light would be helpful.

Hotels.com lists this hotel as having a hot tub and indoor pool. When I got there, was told hot tub was removed 10 years ago, and found the heated indoor pool was ice cold and was told it would be get any warmer.
Even though the sink and tub would not drain and there was a bullet hole in the window glass, the room was ok. Breakfast was not great, but I have seen worse.
I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and pool, so I was bummed out after the letdown of that.

Was just horrible, had to change rooms 3 times, no maid service, smelled like smoke, and I am a non smoker, I will never in life stay there again, and I want my money back, they did not meet my needs, took my money and gave very poor service, I would not recommend them to anyone

the carpet is super old and dirty. ours was wet and smelled like strong mildew that I had to ask to change rooms which they did and the second room was a little more less strong on the smell but the beds are awfully in bad condition the mattress felt wet??? I would never stay there again .

The room was wet and damned and had a mildew smell. Some of the furniture was really worn down to the point it should have been replaced

The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was in poor condition. The whole room smelled musty, the carpet was wet. Our door was difficult to open from the carpet. We cracked the windows to help air it out. There was mildew on the walls in the bathroom and mold in the grout of the shower.
At bedtime, we discovered our bedding was damp from the comforter not being probably dried. We initially asked for blankets to replace the damp comforter, but ended up changing rooms at 10:30pm. The desk staff were very apologetic and accommodating, indicating several people were experiencing similar issues.
The breakfast staff was very friendly and dining area was very clean.
We have stayed in this location several times of the years with no issues. We won’t likely choose this location in the future.

75 dollar deposit is far too much especially when they have bugs. We noticed after being in the room for 3 hours. We moved our bags to our car and shook all of our clothes out. Checked out at midnight. We could not spend the night

My room was humid with condensation dripping down the walls, smells of mold, dirty and could walk on floor with out shoes, paint is chipping throughout the room, no exhaust fan in shower; unacceptable room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and prompt. Although clean, the hotel itself needs a proper renovation/modernization. Time to invest to renew bathrooms and bedrooms. Rooms were very outdated, dark and worn. Carpet was a bit on the musty side. The price was good, breakfast was so-so. But overall, a decent experience, mainly due to the great staff.

The carpet floors were wet in some spots, the room smelled wet I couldn’t eat my food. Our comforter had a stain as well as the floor.

We stay here multiple times a year when coming to Newnan. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, breakfast is decent.

Our desk clerk was friendly, but that did not make up for how dirty the hotel was or how we only got cleaning service twice in six days and we asked for cleaning service to get that second day. The cleaning service consisted of fresh towels and shampoo. Our bed was never made I’ve never stayed in a hotel where they did not clean the room. I wore shoes inside the hotel because I was worried I would get on my feet. There was a blood stain on our comforter. I would never ever stay here again and do not recommend anyone else to either

To start there wasn’t any toilet paper or a dispenser to house a roll of toilet paper in our room,!, Our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days, only when I addressed my concerns at the front desk did we get clean towels and the bed made! Totally disappointed! We have family in the area and won’t stay at your hotel again!
