We have stayed here before and it is why we picked it but man have they let the cleanliness go. I almost fell in the shower it was so slick and you could see grimey stuff all on bottom. The glass looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in at least a month. Looked like mold starting to form on the ledge for the soap in the shower. For a hopefully relaxing night away we were very disappointed

It was a very good stay

We had a wonderful 5 day stay! Didn't leave once. We had plenty of access to food, and grocery delivery. Hotel was in great standing. Very clean, everything felt like it was "new". This is our top travel spot of the year. My ONE complaint would be that the bed was a bit uncomfortable. But we managed just fine!

Our stay was very good, nice clean room, well over all everything was clean and nice. Had a good hot breakfast. Employees were very friendly and polite.

Nice and clean rooms , nice options for breakfast even though it's a little on the early side . My only 2 issues which is more of a preference is the tv (to me) is a little akward to watch from the bed and i feel like the glass in the shower should extend a little more

Love the cleanliness and professionalism

My stay at this hotel was great. There was no wait to check in/out. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean. The breakfast was just an average hotel breakfast. Eggs, sausage patties, waffles, yogurt, pastries, boiled eggs, cereal. There is a lot of dining in the surrounding area. We went to the Texas Roadhouse close by and it was amazing!

Nice facilities and clean rooms.

My only complaint is the breakfast hours from 6 to 9 am, most hotels is 10:30 very disappointed.

This is a half way stop to our family and we plan to stay again. Hotel neat and clean. Breakfast met our needs.

The staff was very friendly, they even allowed me 20 mins more to check out. The rooms were very clean, the only hiccup was that the elevator did not have air in it. Not too bad because we weren’t on it too long, very nice experience overall I would return again.

The linen was replaced as it was used already.

The shower pressure was terrible but everything else was great. Rooms were clean and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. We enjoyed our stay so much, as we were headed to Florida for our anniversary, we decided to stay again on the way back home.

Room was very clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was large & clean.

It was right in the middle of everything. We stayed because it was very close to the airport without having to stay at the airport. It was very nice and comfortable.

The only thing that I didn’t like was they didn’t make the beds or clean the room and bathroom daily . Guests had to make the bed and place trash outside the room for pickup. The floors were not vacuumed and bathroom floors mopped.

It was in a quiet location. Easily accessible to highway. Located near several dining options. Facility was clean, room was spacious! One of the more quiet hotels I've stayed in. TV was probably the largest I've seen in a hotel room. Apps loaded to TV for easy streaming. Bed was comfortable, air was cold. Shower was walk in with one bar, not completely enclosed which was a bit different. Also not much shelving room to place shower items. Water pressure satisfactory, not too hard but not too low either. Big downfall, breakfast from 6:30-9, including weekends. Bit early closure for several people that came down too late. It was decent Continental breakfast: eggs, sausage, waffles (sometimes staff would help make your waffle), cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, Danish and muffin options, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. Quality stay for quality price, would rate it up there with Hilton where I am a loyal customer. Would definitely return!

Property is nicely maintained an in close proximity to shopping and restaurants.

They do not have cleaning service everyday. I asked for it after a few days before noon and the desk staff said they could not do it until the following morning. We were scheduled to leave that morning. Plus most of the desk staff were rude. The breakfast needs some variety and more healthy options. It was convenient to where we were staying but I will find some place else to stay next time.
