The reception clerk was asking me to present the SPA, and the appointed caretaker was nowhere to assist us. Booking.com message said it was with the caretaker. I have to tell them that I would rather cancel the booking. Almost an hour waiting for the spa that did not arrive. The caretaker was nowhere in sight.

It was Clean and very spacious unit! A very relaxing ambiance... Definitely worth of your money to relax and enjoy... A home away home

Location is perfect especially if you are from a province and you have an event near UP, Ateneo area and you need to tag your small family along. We appreciate the peace and quiet here without worrying about accessibility to important things like grocery, food, etc because it's just walking distance to Ever Gotesco and a drive away to either UP Town Center, Trinoma, Vertis North or SM North. It's like a home away from home. Considering the amenities, I would say the price is competitive. STay was very comfortable, all 3 ACs (2 BR and living room), ref, microwave and stove are working; with shampoo, handsoap and dishwashing liquid, 2bathrooms provided with towels, with balcony, complete kitchen need

it would be nice to have a small dishrack for drying of plates and have the pots and pans replaced as some teflon parts are starting to flake or chip. But, of course, this is just a bonus and does not really affect the entire stay) Oh, it would be nice also if you could provide a working or study table to replace the low tables in each room in case, the guests will stay for a few days and need to work or study.
