Die Anlage ist super sauber und gepflegt! Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit

Wir hatten wie letztes Jahr seit 6 Monaten das Pickalbatros White Beach gebucht und bezahlt. 5 Tage vor Anreise wurde ohne Angabe von Gründen die Buchung storniert und uns angeboiten um € 1000.- mehr pro Woche neu zu buchen. Wir haben dann alternativ das Beach Albatros gebucht und waren sehr überrascht. Super freundliches Personal, sehr schönes großes Familienzimmer mit 2. Fernseher im Tochterzimmer, sehr gutes Essen in den verschiedenen Restaurants, ausgezeichnete Sauberkeit in der gesamten Anlage, in den Restaurants war ein Hygenemann mit Termometer unterwegs um die Speisen zu prüfen, es wurde auch im vollen Betrieb alles sehr sauber gehalten am Buffet, TOP Leistung wi hier mit der Hygiene umgegangen wird. Nach unserer Anfänglichen Enttäuschung wegen der Stornierung im White Beach waren wir sehr glücklich das Beach Albatros gebucht zu haben, hier sind die Zimmer schöner, die Hygine um Klassen besser, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Essensqualität viel besser. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen wieder!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage nicht weit vom Flughafen. Es hat auch ein kleines Hausriff zum Schnorcheln. Das Essen war sehr gut. Beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts. Freundliches Servicepersonal.

Very long time in chickinn, club is not separate hotel but far part from beach resort but very far from all the services like restaurants and beach Walk distance to reach all the services and activities

Although the hotel is huge, the staff was very capable of maintaining the quality standards and beyond. The restaurants and food variety was impressive. The kids club managed to keep our little one busy and entertained for several hours during the day with nice activities, hence some time off for parents. Sandy beach and professional life guards. Entertainment programs all day and after dinner. Swimming pools and water slides. Staff are the best, especially Miss Haidy Mansour, she knows everything and has been very helpful since the first minute, and I would recommend the hotel for everyone

Long distances between main building and some rooms. I suggest to bring golf cars in future, especially for old people, it's difficult to walk such distances.

the rooms are clean &good , food : moderate quality but much quantity , excellent sandy beach , available aqua park & many clean pools, but the activities only on the main pool, very active animation team making all happy , all the staff are kind & cooperative - special thanks for Mr. Ahmed , Mr. Amir & Ms. Haidy (front office ) There are many shows and activities on the beach and the main pool also during the night

Beach Al batros the club hotel is very far from the main pool , the beach and activity area so you have to walk large distance in the sun So it is preferred to stay in Beach albatros resort .
