Toilet not clean, no toilet paper

Key spoilt,no shoes rack.

The house is clean, great location

Need to turn many rounds to the last level for car park Should have get the cleaner to confirm number of towels etc right before guest's check in, so to avoid misunderstanding of guest took the towels from the property

1) Good location. 2) Collection of keys from the mail box is easy. Only thing is the lock wheel is too small to see. 3) Kitchen adequately equipped. 4) Easily accommodate up to 10 persons.

1) Spiralling carpark up to Level 10. 2) The frosted glass panel of the shared toilet not thick enough to block images inside. 3) The placement of towel rack opposite the shower is a no no. Towel/clean clothes gets wet. And there's no other rack available elsewhere in the WC. 4) The shower head is too high and non-adjustable making it hard for children to reach.

Self check in is very easy. The owner will inform the details in advance. The room is clean.

Something are visibly broken but not repaired, although they are not major but not good impression, however I have reported them to the host

The unit is very spacious. Rooms and toilets are clean. The beds are very comfy. We had a perfect stay. Feeling like home

Strategic location and superb view

Hidden cost (excluded charges) for cleaning charges and deposite. I prefer it to be all inclusive during booking. The spiral parking is a bit too long, elderly feel nauseous.
