Staff, honest

The only reason this place doesn't have a 1* rating is that they bully their customers into giving good reviews. It's very dirty, like they spend 5 minutes arranging a room after every customer without cleaning. Things are broken, outdated, the breakfast is bad, dry, bland. The staff is slow and everything was complicated to get. Then they kept asking me to rate 10 star, I was saying by principle it doesn't make sense to review before I leave, but everyday they were asking me to rate. I said I'd do it when I leave, and they answered "no, now". They also tried giving a discount for a good rating. Now we know why it has so many good ratings despite being a horrible place. The worst kind of business. Dishonest and bad quality.

Excellent service throughout stay. Convenient location for food and cafes.

Good spacious room with good facilities and nice bathroom, plenty of hot water. Staff were polite and friendly.
